There was a big shipping issue. Delivery company rescheduled delivery on their own 3 times. Only way I found out was by calling them the day before each delivery was supposed to come. A manager did call and apologize for the logistics issue and assured me the delivery will be here on the new delivery date (which it did and the guys were great). Seller was also responsive to this complaint. Otherwise, I would have given 5 starts!

Was marginally concerned about purchasing an item at this price and delivery by an 18 wheeler(had to meet the truck off of my gated community as it could not get into the property); box had a couple of small holes in it, but item was well protected with styrofoam; no injuries to item and setup was straightforward; very happy with purchase and experience;

Very professional service with white glove delivery
I had no issues with ielectrica with the exception of the delivery company used. The reviews for the method of transport (AM home delivery) had terrible reviews which made me anxious from the time I heard of the shipping company to the time it finally was delivered. I used the delivery company website to asked to schedule delivery on a certain day of the week and there was no response form the shipping company whether this was an option, and I had to take a day off of work since it was delivered not on the day of the week I requested. But the TV arrived undamaged, so that's nice.
Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
