My only concern on my order was on the expected shipping time arrival. It took a few days to get shipping information from the time of my order. An improvement would have been to immediately or as soon as known, to tell the customer that there would be a delay in receiving shipping information, if not the actual shipping information itself.

It's been pleasant shopping at ielectra.com, they told me may be 2-3 weeks before I received my TV but I've received in 1 and the delivery guys were very professional.
In an age where amazon can ship to you same day, waiting over 2 weeks for a $3000 purchase is a bit frustrating. That said, the shipping timeline was accurately indicated on the listing and I got an awesome product at a great price. Very happy overall.

Great pricing. Beat all the big box stores and Amazon too by hundreds of dollars for the exact item. TV arrived at the specified time and date and was undamaged. Delivery people opened the box and powered up the TV to make sure it worked. Took almost two weeks to receive after ordering, but that's likely because of the holiday volume of orders etc. Worth the wait. Had questions for ielectrica prior to delivery, and they answered promptly. Highly recommend ielectrica.com.

The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well.
