I have a wonderful experience with the customer service, they answered every question I had and helped me decide on what kind of flavor shakes to purchase. The taste is amazing on both the shakes and bars. Now onto why I did not give them 5 stars: I do not believe their site is secure, just a day after ordering from their website the credit card I used was hacked and someone tried to get a credit card from my account in their name. Luckily I get updates through email and was able to catch it before any charges were made. I think from now on I will order their products through Amazon even though it costs a little more.

I'm well versed in fitness and what I need to do to stay in shape, but sometimes it's helpful to have a program to keep you on track and motivated towards a goal. I like this 12 week program, although I used it only for 4 weeks because that's all I wanted/needed. It's free. They send you daily emails with links to videos of your workouts. It's like workout dvd's you can buy but this is free. It's only 20 minutes a day, which anyone can fit in. If you really need to lose a significant amount of weight, it's cool to see your before an after pics that you can upload as well.
