I'm well versed in fitness and what I need to do to stay in shape, but sometimes it's helpful to have a program to keep you on track and motivated towards a goal. I like this 12 week program, although I used it only for 4 weeks because that's all I wanted/needed. It's free. They send you daily emails with links to videos of your workouts. It's like workout dvd's you can buy but this is free. It's only 20 minutes a day, which anyone can fit in. If you really need to lose a significant amount of weight, it's cool to see your before an after pics that you can upload as well.
