First of all I purchased a pair of fillers the best. Then the same day purchased 2 more. When I finally was seen after them over booking the assistant I had did not listen where I wanted them she told me she thought I needed them very dissatisfied. Then went back for my last filler and of course they scheduled me for a Botox so I was unable to receive my filler. I'm done they lost me n what I owe
I had the membership. I was guaranteed a price for a service. After the service, when I went to pay, it was significantly more expensive. I was told "well, we did send a notice about the price change". (I think it was in my spam). I just called to ask to be removed from the membership. The person on the other line had a very bad attitude. There are a million places to spend money and, for me, this will no longer be one of them. Horrendous custom service, treatment of employees and business practices.
Severely bad customer service. I need help from my previous treatment, the person transferred me 3 times to a non-working phone line! Will not ever come back to this place.
If i could leave Zero stars i would. The rep lied to me and ignored my current condition to still sign me up for Coolsculpting knowing that I am not an ideal candidate. I was looking for results in time for an upcoming Wedding and the rep assured me that it wasnt a problem. After I signed up they had no available appointments to get my treatments and results in time, and I found out that I wouldnt see the results I was desiring based on my weight/BMI. I tried to cancel within 2 days of signing up (with no services rendered) and they are cold and dont want to assist or talk to me. They got the full amount (through financing) and don't care if they perform the treatments, meets my goals, or gives me any results at all.
They are deceptive, coercive, and try to pressure you into deals with limited information other than their lies. I recommend doing some research and staying away.
Ideal Image had me pay for three services upfront from a phone consultation. I told them upfront that I needed treatment by a certain date yet they still split it up into three appointments. I went to the first one for Botox and talked to the nurse and was told I am not a candidate for the second service cheek filler. The company told me I had to get a service I didn't contract for because the nurse felt I wasn't a candidate for what I signed up for. Read your BBB complaints they are all the same kind of issues. You get money from people up front and then don't provide all the services. It is the perfect scam. They have yet to provide me a copy of my contract. I went into this trusting that I could get the service. I'm not going to give up. I can't help it if your nurse REFUSED to put in the syringes. I booked a 2 hour appointment and ended up being sent out the back door, the nurse assured me corporate would listen to her advice. Wrong, they didn't. They hide behind clients contract that they don't provide and they are not obligated to do what you wanted. She even gave me the number for another business that does thread lifts and said she would much rather see me apply my money for a service that gives me the results I was looking.
I ignored their terrible reviews, and I ended up regretting it. Please don't repeat my mistake! I saw their adds online indicating they would do 7.99 per unit Botox and got greedy and decided to give it a try. One of their technicians ranted on and on and persuaded me to try it but once I was going to pay for 20 units before my appointment she said it was 7.99 if I paid for the $250 yearly membership first or else it was $15 per unit; even more expensive than what I would pay at my dermatologist's office. I decided to give it a try without the membership since I had already wasted so much time on it. When I went in for a Botox treatment, I was taken aback to find that the person administering the injection appeared to be in her early twenties. This made me quite nervous, and I decided to leave without proceeding with the treatment. However, they flatly refused to refund my $250, even though no injection had been administered at that point.
A year later, I decided to give it another shot since they still had my money. I patiently waited for 14 days, but there was absolutely no improvement in the wrinkles between my eyebrows, which were the target of the injection. When I reached out to them to express my concerns, they completely evaded any responsibility and insisted that I needed to pay more to see any noticeable results. I explained that I had always received 20 units in my dermatologist's office in the past, and this time, I had even received 22 units, but still, there was no improvement. They responded with flimsy excuses and displayed no accountability or expertise.
In summary, I strongly advise staying far away from this establishment. They lack both shame and the necessary expertise to provide satisfactory results.
Basically, they sold me something that i didn't get! I told them exactly what I wanted and they knew I had an upcoming vacation. 2500 dollars later, they booked my ultherapy appointment wrong. I paid for it to be done up the street. They didn't have my full appointment listed and asked if I could come back. They then booked me in a Dallas location, no where near me and I had to pay for parking and walk there. Then, the 20 year old began to tell me about the rich women that come in drunk all the time for procedures, whatever that was… then I called to explain how they sold me something they couldn't provide and I took the suggestions bc of my vacation and none of it worked out, I knew the ultherapy would take time, but the other things, fillers, botox didn't work… then after 3-4 months my neck actually looked worse, they could care less! With the discount they are still overpriced and extremely unprofessional… they get u in with credit for just about anyone, but it can only be used there… it's a freaking joke of a company and the ads… completely false advertising … there is no way they are number 1 … so, expensive, unprofessional, false advertisement, rude as hell when you get in the door… the ladies were nice at the clinics, i don't want to give them a bad rap… but training lacks and unfortunately for them it shows! Avoid!
I invested about 7k on multiple hair laser removal packages mostly bc of their nationwide capabilities. At first they told me I will pay for 9 sessions and then there will be free lifetime touch ups. I gave them my info and signed a contract. A few month later I findout there are no free touch ups, you still have to paid for those. Ok they got me, I thought. Not too long after, I was sent to serve in Guam for 18 months where there is no Ideal Image. They offered to freeze my account but I had to keep making payments until I paid it all off. Today I am finally back with the hopes of continuing my treatments. Their executive officer told me I never puechased 9, I purchased 5 sessions and the other 4 were complimentary so I lost them. Never heard of this. After serving our country I got my sessions taken away because they could not honored: 1) I didn't choose when or where to serve our nation which I am very proud of. 2) The fact there is no Ideal Image in the state of Guam and there isn't a possibility to drive few hours to find one. 3) The lack of capability to bend and to act in the best interest of our fellow humans. All of this were out of my control and I am heartbroken at the antipathy instead of understanding. He mentioned he would honored one session on each treatment. This is a big loss as woman who honestly works hard and with my heart in my hand for every cent I make. This is cruel. I wonder when will companies will start choosing the wellbeing of humans above policy or money? Isn't the human value what matters most? Not for Ideal Image.
I paid $1,100 for Ultherapy at 8120 Transit Road location. I had no results from it whatsoever.
The nurse took photos and said to call customer service.
Customer service told me to call the store, they don't handle that stuff.
A PA named Carolynn said my photos didn't turn out and couldn't get me in for 2 months.
If they have your money and you are unhappy, they could care less.
Spend your money elsewhere. I will never go back there.
I thought I had to get approved before I could make an appt. Long story short I was approved for $1700 then got to my first appointment and they aren't able to do what I wanted. I've had NO services done but have to pay $1700! No refunds I was told. All thanks to Kealy Teatum, the sales rep.
On August 16 I drove an hour and a half to Savannah to get Botox and Jupiter. I tried to fill out the form online and was unable so I went early to complete it there. I had a facelift when I was 60 years old. I am 79 when I filled out the form and she called me in the room the first thing she said to me was you had a facelift and we can't do Jupiter because of legal whatever the hell that meant. I told her I paid $1800 down payment and now you're telling me a drive an hour and a half and you cannot take care of it. I am mediately told her I'm done I want my money back and I'm leaving she said I can do the Botox. I said no you can't do anything because you can't do the Jupiter you're not gonna touch me and I refuse to come back I went to the front desk and the front desk said that they were going to call and go ahead and get me a refund to this day. I have no refund but they promised me they told me they'd already did it that's a lie and they're keeping my $800. When I asked, I wanted a full refund the man on the phone started yelling and telling me about discounts he could give me I said I don't think you understand I'm not coming back there never ever I've had Botox. I've had Jupiter for the last five years. I've got it and no one has ever turned me away telling everyone don't put your money. It's the worst. Worst company there will take your money but they won't give you what you need terrible.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was lied to on a couple different accounts by the sales agent who sold me the Ultherapy treatment for chin and neck. I spent nearly $2,000 for the treatment. I was told I could finance the treatment with ZERO interest. After the sales agent took all my information, it turns out there was interest. Not only that, I was promised the payment would be an even $300 a month, in the last 5 months more and more interest keeps going on my payment. So I was lied to to make the sale basically. On top of that, I was told it would take one treatment and I would see amazing results. Not only did I not see ANY results nearly 6 months later, I actually feel like my chin and neck got worse. The sales agent went above and beyond showing me images and discounting the treatment, but nearly 6 months and $2,000 I've had zero results and now I'm forced to continue making monthly payments that are more then what I signed up for. Extremely dissatisfied with Ideal Image, I will be going on 4 other review sites to make this statement seen by more people. All and all, don't go to ideal Image, place is a scam.
I wish I read the other reviews before falling into their trap!
The lady who did the consultation with me kept convincing me to click (next) and click (I agree) and did not warn me that once I click on agree, there is no going back! And all purchases are final, and no returns or refunds. I called the next business day to cancel, and I was shocked that they will not refund my plus $5000, even with a fee.
I do not recommend Ideal Image to anyone! They mislead you and convince you to click yes, click I agree without mentioning that we're going to get your money and will not refund you even if the service has not started yet! This is ridiculous! I will make sure to mention that on Ideal Image Social Media over all platforms.
Always have a great experience at ideal image, the workers are always so kind and support you getting through your sessions! Love coming here
I went to laser hair removal for 16 moths and after you stop going everything just comes right back. They also take a $300 renewal fee from your original form of payment without reminding you that you can cancel and then when you try to cancel after the fact they say too bad so sad for your luck it in the contract. Awful condescending customer support and very poor communication, not too mention a complete waste of money. I wish I could give 0 stars, but I had to at least put 1 to continue.
Went to get Botox for the first time and definitely wasn't pleased with the results. The nurse gave me 24 units The nurse said she was going to give me some units in the middle of my forehead and some on top of my eyebrows when come to find out a week later, my eyebrows look like Star Trek they were so high the kids were asking me why did my eyebrows look like that so I contact the business and they told me to come back in for a follow up I come in for a follow up. She said she was going to relax the muscles on my eyebrows and that she was charging me for two units to, make them look normal again two weeks after that my right eyelid was swelling and started drooping over top of my eyelids so I contact them again and she told me to come back in for another follow up which she took pictures and advised me that they didn't wanna give me any more units and that it would eventually go away so basically, I wasted money my first time getting Botox. It was not pleased with the results. I advise Alyssa that I was going to write reviews and regarding the services that they gave me. So basically, I wasted money for nothing to get a bad result and I told her that I looked at the website and that there was lotta bad reviews on here and she said that wasn't for Lancaster Pennsylvania. It was for the other idea images that they had in other states which I am writing a review today, to advise people not to go to the one in Lancaster, all they want is money and don't want to make your results. Look fabulous. There's other places you can go to extend of going there. Do not go there please. I advise you.
I have been forced to reschedule my appointment 4 times because of issues on their end. I have paid thousands to get my laser hair removal and all my hairs have grown back and at this point I'm not even sure if the treatment is doing anything. It has been half a year since my last treatment and you're supposed to be getting them every few weeks. They've also been cancelling my appointments just 2 days before the appointment and asked if I can travel to a different location hours away. The amount of times I've had to rearranged my schedule just to squeeze this appointment in is ridiculous. I've already contacted customer support and they've cancelled the appointment yet again.
Don't waste your time trying to use a e-certificate from Ideal Image. The 4 employees at the front desk in North Andover, MA told me to call their corporate office to resolve, we had an order number but Ideal Image never sent any other info. They should have resolved his. Their corporate customer service contact told me, the recipient of the PAID gift card and listed on the confirmation, that the person that paid for the gift card needs to call and will take a least a day to resolve. After spending over $500, could not use the gift cert. Total joke, will never go back and getting a refund. Very disappointed in my experience. No receipt provided at check out either, had to call back for that.
My appointment with IM was canceled. Today I was contacted by ideal image, regarding my scheduled appointment for Monday July 31st@ 9:am. The receptionist asked me, what's another day and time worked for me. When I gave her some dates, her response was we don't have any appointments, until September. I was pissed off! They called me 3 day before my scheduled appointment, with absolutely no dates that would make up for their, BS mistake. This is always a bad sign, about any company! I regret EVER calling them or paying them my money!
The Process can give you PAH. Which I got and it's been over a year since I had cool sculpting done. The fat is literately dead and stuck inside my body. The only way to get it out now is by liposuction which supposedly they will cover. I have been going through their process to get this done for over a month now and have had to call them the entire time and still nothing has been started in this process. I have been working out pretty hard since having cool sculpting done so now it looks weird. My body has thinned out and I have a large round hard mass of fat sticking out right in the middle. I would not recommend this for anyone. Especially for the price. I wish I never did it. I was desperate to lose the weight quick and I should have just kept with the working out and eating right process. Also the website when logged in will not let you submit bad reviews from my experience.
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
Answer: Absolutely not! I spent $1800 and within 4 months my lines above my lips returned!
