They are fast and excellent when they want you to sign up for new services. God forbid if you ever have questions about your account, good luck. You will never get anyone on the phone or will continue to place you on hold or hang up on you. I would rather wax at home and be happier than have to deal with them. And don't ever inquire about a new service bc it will add to your account without your consent and a salesperson will say you wanted it. They are a bunch of scammers.
What a horrible service for scheduling your touch ups. It seems as though they wouldn't wish for people to be able to do apts for touch ups however if it's a new client then you have availability. The system doesn't allow apts more than 7 days out and the customers have to be calling everyday to see if anything that fits their schedule becomes available. What type of customer service is this. Then the touch up prices increase and they say your are not guaranteed your touch up price just a discount. This is deceitful. Will prices continue to rice and you have to keep paying higher prices for a touch up that you advertise as guarantee for life? Soon enough a touch up would be as much as the full treatment. Then they say the price has increased by 40-50$.
I spent so much money here for laser hair removal. The technicians assured me that I would have 16 sessions over the course of a year and a half and even if I missed one or two that the program was designed so that I would still get the proper results. My technician scheduled me out eight weeks every single time and then the day that my contract expired which was on the 10th of 16th sessions, they said sorry no you'll have to pay $250 per session if you want to continue. That's an extra $1500 on top of the ridiculous price that I paid to begin with and guess what! I still have at least half the hair that I had before and 3k less. On top of it, I had a different technician every single time and asked multiple times to make sure that they hit every single spot, because every time I went in the technicians were careless and left blotches of hair, and each time they assured me no it will be OK AND ITS NOT OK. During the past year, i was looking forward not only to have my treatment done but also to interact with the staff. Shannon has been with me for the entire experience and i can't thank her enough. She is the best. She is very professional, knowledgeable and an excellent human being. I recommend her to anyone who is interested on having a treatment done alone with a great experience. This company will trick you into signing a contract that they will use for each treatment that you purchase. Every treatment is nonrefundable you will not get your money back even if you cancel within a few hours of making your appointment. I signed up for ultherapy, not knowing it was nonrefundable and I'm now charged $1500 that will not be returned to me that I am stuck paying, this company is horrific and please beware before you purchase anything because they will not help you in anyway if you want to get your money back.
Very poor communication between staff and customer. Only good thing is they've managed to hire the nicest nurses(not surprisingly their turnover rate is insane). BUT I'm very unhappy with Ideal Image in general, this is not the first nor the last time they've screwed up. I will never purchase another contract and will never recommend anyone to use Ideal Image for any services. Few months back, I tried calling their escalation line, was on hold for 2.5 hrs and never spoke to anyone. You can forget ever getting a manager on the phone. And if you do, the next time you speak it'll be a new person.
I was initially very happy with the services. I have pale skin and dark hair, prefect candidate. I spent thousands more at Ideal Image because I thought I could always come back and for a small fee ($20/ area) I could get the area retreated down the road. It has been less than 2 years and when I called for an appointment I was told it would be over $500 for the areas I wanted. I initially purchased Full legs, bikini, upper lip, arms, buttocks, front of neck -- This is a LOT of money. In the interim I ourhcaesd a Groupo to get my underarms done and hair was almost competely gone in 3 sessoons for $150. Ideal image took my money and did not follow through
I have tried for 5 months to change a service i purchased due to medical reason. The service was $1700 and they will not respond to email, return calls and when i go to the location i get "the manager has to approve and is not in" excuse every single time. They have zero customer service and one e they get your money, they do not care.
Avoid at all cost. There advertising is great, but it's all a scam.

My ulltherapy treatment was cut short cause i was a few min.late.2 accounts.i have aboit 83 units of botox what i cant use.and i was going to have my lips done again.they said my credit would only pay part of it so i paid 350 cash.and my lips kept getting cold sores.they said i sign a contract.i ask them for what i signed and they wont help me or take my calls.i want a summary for all i had done and a refund for the secondcontract.i didnt know about.this place has a bad reputation.
They performed bbl on the back of my hands which caused second degree burns and disfigured my hands.They have not refunded my money or taken any responsibility for my medical expenses.
They are over-priced and you will get no results. I am very disappointed with their service. Now I am stuck paying for procedures that were poorly done. The aesthetician that did my follow-up also agreed that there was no change after procedures. I had filler around around lips and lines around mouth with no results. It took two syringes and that alone was $2050! And now they want me to pay for another one, when I was told my lines weren't that deep and that was all I would need. I feel deceived besides it being over priced. People beware. The girl that did my follow-up stated she would submit a claim for me. I have yet to hear from them. I am not paying for a service that was not done. Why should pay for something that was not preformed. I am beyond mad.

I was unaware of all the negative reviews the company had before signing up for their laser treatments. I was so nervous, thinking that I've wasted a lot of money just to get bad results. Fortunately, so far so good. I go for my upper lip area. The office I go to is located in Florida, the visits & treatments are quick. After treatment number 5 the laser seem tolerable, It wasn't till treatment number 7 I was twisting and gripping the chair. I ordered their prescription numbing cream which definitely helped to an extent. I love the results so far, I am Afro-Latina, I've always been self-conscious about my upper lip area, as a child & into my teens my facial hair came in a bit darker and would pop through in photos. I wish I would have done this sooner as to oppose in my late 30s. The area of treatment would get sensitive & pink but only last for a couple hours at most, after that the skin is fine & back to normal. I took one star away due to the fact the laser tech I've been seeing lately doesn't really seem "warm", my questions seem to bother her & she doesn't break in between laser sessions. Every few sessions, a cool, wipe down helps tremendously. If I'm not twitching, she wouldn't realize I needed a wipe down. I've only had the pleasure of working with one laser tech who was amazing! So much so I asked if I can only book her, but of course she was already too booked & highly requested by other clients at surrounding locations, she is definitely the star of the company. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my overall experience. I just hope the results really are permanent or at least permanent enough where it does not look as bad as it first did.
So 2 issues for me with Ideal Image:
1.) I came to Ideal because I was given a gift for Botox. First visit wasn't bad and was offered the membership. At the time you were given a "free gift" with the membership, which was 1 free treatment of either: laser hair removal, IPL facial, or Coolsculpting. I fell for it without knowing much about the uselessness of the gift unless you purchased more treatments (the membership discounts only apply AFTER you pay for X amount). This year they changed the entire structure of the program and in order to get a decent price on your treatments they say to buy in bulk at the beginning of the year (for my Botox alone that would be close to $1600).
It's just not worth it.
2.) I had a few other treatments and it seems like things weren't done according to most other industry standards. For example, I tried the IPL laser treatment and was not given any numbing cream or eye protection. It hurt ALOT. When I mentioned this the tech said she hears that from time to time. After chatting with my new dermatologist, she explained that a numbing cream should have been applied to help. She expressed major concerns with how Ideal is structured as there aren't doctors performing or overseeing the clinics in person. It's only nurses or techs. We reviewed how much I pay, which is lower than SOME places, but they're cutting corners and flying just below the safety standards.
All this to say, the people are nice at the clinics but after digging more and more I think I would rather spend a couple dollars more with a clinic that cares about safety more.
The staff was very friendly yet the overall BBL facial treatment results I am unsatisfied. After paying for 4 pricey BBL treatments, I truly do not see any visual positive change, my skin looks the same. I would not recommend it.
BUYER BEWARE
I'm writing this in hopes to save someone the pain, developed anxiety and financial loss that I had to go through with this horrible company. If you are not 1,000% sure that you can handle a decent amount of pain DO NOT sign a contract with them- because they are just trying to get your money. They do not care about you and are willing to lie and ignore you in order to put you into a corner to keep your money. They will try to entice you with the savings of a contract (without telling you about the pain of the procedures or if they may or may not be successful on you) but if you are unable to finish your package due to pain or any other circumstances that would make sense, you will be SOL on any leftover money and no one (including headquarters customer service) will care because you are only dollar signs to them. My case was extremely mishandled by both the people doing the procedures and the front staff and when told to headquarters, they told me I had no money left in my account (when I was told I did 2.5 weeks before and hadn't seen them since then- so no one knows what is going on there AT ALL).Do yourself a favor- if you're going to get something done, go to a smaller company who may actually care about your needs enough not to lie or make things up straight to your face and save yourself the mental anguish I went through with them.
I had the bad idea to contact this company to get some treatments and purchase a treatment for my neck, at the time of the treatment the nurse on charge started explaining for me the treatment and clearly said I don't need that + many informations were missed by the consultant on the video call. In the end and they do not accept cancelations, I do not feel comfortable and confident to get any treatment from them. They have the worse customer services ever and do not recommend them at all for anything.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would! This location and this company will rip you off! Don't go there!
I had a full year contact with them and during that year, they canceled on me numerous times. After my year was up, I made an appt to start paying per service, and they told me the price I would pay. I went to my first appt, and when I came out to pay the total was $100 more. They said they raised their prices 3 days prior to my appt. THEY NEVER SENT AN EMAIL OUT OR TOLD ME ABOUT THE PRICE INCREASE BEFORE MY SERVICE!
I called Corporate and they gave me 2 free sessions, and scheduled them. I drove 40mins to the appt only find out they canceled it on me, and NEVER called me to let me know. Then they told me those 2 free sessions were expiring and I wouldn't get them.
I called Corporate again! They extended the exp dates, and rebooked me. I asked what would happen if they canceled on me again. Corporate told me I would get refunded my money. Guess what?!? They canceled the appointment again!
I called Corporate yet again, now they tell me they won't refund my money. I don't want the full session refunded I want the different in price refunded. They said I can only have the 2 free sessions. How can I get the 2 free sessions when they keep canceling on me!
This company does nothing but rip you off. Stay away from the North Haven location and don't bother trying to call Corporate because they rip you off too!
This is not a place you want to do business with please read the reviews from multiple sites. I only wish I had they misrepresented the Info they gave me they told me I would have to put 1000 down before I would be able to get services I was offered a 4800 credit from fortiva however I did not know I would be charged immediately by fortiva for the 4800 prior to receiving services and when I called fortiva to tell them I am no longer interested they told me I still have to pay 4800 even though I never received any services from ideal image. When I spoke to ideal image and told them i was no longer interested in getting the services they too told me I still have to pay the 4800 even though I received no services and was no longer interested in receiving service from them. Now I have to file complaints with BBB, FRCA, and my State Attorney General. I wish I never went here.
This place is not good. If you live in Twin cities area go to Afzal clinics. (Not being told to say this). Only went to ideal image because of a deal they asked me what I wanted done, after little filler the syringe broke while she injected me and I'm like are you ok cause she was freaking out. They do not know what they are doing and do not know how to perfect faces period. If I'm paying 550 per syringe don't ask me where it should be placed, they are the "professionals."
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
