Trying to use ID.me and get some real help was very frustrating. Bumped from agent to agent and then was placed on home for "30-60 minutes". After 30 minutes is appeared that my call was going to be answered but then my phone hung up. Taxes are frustrating enough and you have to add to it.
The whole verification process was fast and easy. The customer service agent was super kind and easy to work with.
She did her job and I want her to do the same thing next year
After more than an hour, filling out the forms twice, submitting two different types of identify, I was denied both times. The chat-bot was useless. No option to speak to a real human. Very frustrating!
