Failed at every turn. Verification failed because it misread birthday. Failed again because it dropped a letter from my name. Failed multiple times after trying the likeness detection. Supposed to be easy, but wasn't.
If you accidentally or for whatever reason are unable to access your account and setup a second account you will still be blocked from using id.me, this has been my experience.

I did not see anywhere a way to engage the video camera and audio although it was already working on Skype and other programs. Somewhere in various links I finally found a "button" saying "allow video and microphone" and all worked out well after several login attempts where the agent kept saying he couldn't hear me.
