I would have given the top grade as everything was very easy to navigate except for one sort of curveball. When the options were presented to select the qualification category, I didn't see an option for a social security recipient.
When there is no simple SS recipient option I think some people might confuse that with the Supplemental Social Security option and select that. I had to do a double-take and not make that selection and remembered that my choice was the "Low Income" option and then remembered the next step of providing my statement from the SSA which I easily took care of.
So, the suggestion I've passed on: maybe retaining the "Low Income" option but adding an option for "Social Security Recipient" with both needing to provide the same document.
Otherwise, I finished the process in about 3 minutes including finding my SS account info. So good going and thank you for asking. Tom

Since my middle name is Rajulu and my first name is Govinda, the space automatically interpreted it as my middle name even though I don't have one (My actual first name is:"Govinda Rajulu"). As a result, the ID validation failed, and I am unable to proceed with applying for parental leaves. I attempted to call *******4373), but I was unable to connect because of the high call traffic. Attempts to address the ID validation are ongoing.

I spent 5.5hrs trying to authenticate my father so he could file is claim. I'm very computer savvy and this thing had me about to pull my hair out. We still were unable to get him verified after calling multiple help lines, none of which directly took us to IDME. One lady told us they don't even have a helpline or live person that can assist. This system is trash and I would never recommend it bc it does NOT meet the needs of a majority of veterans (those with limited resources, supports, computer knowledge). Do better. FYI, he still is waiting to be verified bc the virtual never connected!
Though it was quik and largely painless, there are moments in the processing the Front and Back of licenses that the page refress on the phone and when to go to the desktop screen.
Otherwise it was easier than past systems!
