ID.ME is not user friendly for older generation because of it's requirement to scan documents (Driver's license, passport) for identification. For me, it is terrifying to give copies of my personal docs online, I don't trust internet and I am afraid that my personal info will be hacked and will be available on dark web for bad ppl to purchase and ruin my identity/future.
