My first experience with IDme was in 2020 when I needed verification for unemployment. The country was chaos then and everyone and their mother was trying to get verified through IDme. I know the company was doing their best, offering 24/7 service and it only took me several days to get verified. Today I needed to access the Social Security Administration so I needed to go through all of the steps again and anticipated waiting several days again but was pleasantly surprised to be connected within minutes with a video call, on a Sunday evening! This is a pressing issue I want to get resolved asap, and this was a huge help! Also in this day and age of identity theft it is reassuring to know how thorough IDme is in their verification process. So I wanted to take the time to thank you, as I am sure you may not hear it as often as you deserve to!
