There are so many problems I encountered with this problem, I don't even know where to begin. To start with, the website is horrendously designed. There were so many times that I had no option to click to go to the next step. It happened over and over and over again to the point that I was incredibly nervous when I finally got to the video verification call. Prior to that, I had tried to put in my information no fewer than 5 times and had spent upwards of 4 hours trying to put everything in. I acknowledge that when I initially placed my passport photo, you could not see all 4 corners. But the process to get a new photo in was incredibly arduous due to a malfunctioning glitchy website. I rarely place customer reviews, and truly am generally satisfied by company websites. This was a different story and I cannot say enough just how poor this entire process was.
