IRS login. The worst interface ever. The worst web design. Two step verification with passport-- yes PASSPORT photo and Driver's license photo and face scan ---photos and scans all succeed... then ID.me fails on verifying a stupid phone number. What? So try online video. Ha. Look at their own list of primary documents. Primary documents as definitive and dispositive as Passport or driver's license are in their own FAQ list but... surprise... none appear as select-able in their website list, which includes insane docs like 1099s or Puerto Rico Ids -- especially for a retired person. This site and this company is a JOKE.

My experience was easy it was pleasant it was not hard to use very self-explanatory it accepted the photos and selfies the agent that I talk to through the video chat that helped verify my info she was very pleasant she was calm she made sure she double check all information before and put in and she addressed me by name and she was very friendly and very helpful and I think she should get a five-star rating her name was Miss Hilda if I'm not mistaken and thanks to her I was able to get this accomplished pretty easily
