I ordered April 12th. The nail kit. Today is June 10th. I recieved a piece of the kit I guess and there is no way for me to contact anyone and my money is just gone! This is not right. And should ne shut down until they are better equipped to be selling items in their entirety. I can't even do anything woth what came finally so its just waste.
Can't get an assistant, but they will accept your payment with no update on your order, I will be reporting this company as fraudulent, you don't accept us funds and or will no response other than bye more products, this is sad.
I placed a order last month and have not received my products yet. I received a email saying they are shipping it an the tracking number they provided is not valid.
I ordered the foot mask on April 30th, but on May 18th when I realized that I didn't receive a tracking number, I sent an email canceling the order. They sent me an email back advising that they couldn't cancel my order as it's been processed. However, they began processing my order when they received my cancelation notice. As of today, they sent me a notice to be patient and that the order is on its way.
I should've done more research prior to ordering from them.

I ordered the nail stuff and yet I didn't receive my package yet I emailed the company so many time and I never got a reply back I'm reporting this company bad customer service
These people rip you off they have taken my money and not given me my item i contacted them and they have not got in touch instead they keep trying to get me to buy more things
Ordered 3 weeks ago and never received my order. This is a rip off and a scam. They will get their payback for this. Karma is a B@#$&!
I ordered the foot masks and after 2 days, I decided that I didn't want anymore. They responded immediately (next day) and denied my refund. I responded again with their return policy screenshot which states, refunds can only be processed before it is sent to the shipper. I never heard from them for days until this morning when I got the tracking number for my order. Now that I have the tracking there is no shipping date AT ALL! Aside from that, they still won't answer any emails and won't send my product! It's been 3 months and still nothing. I'm in the process of contacting PayPal now for my refund. SMH!

I am writing this review so that none of the other customers go through what I have went through. I have NOT yet received my order. I initially ordered my products on 4/14/2020 and received the confirmation email but still haven't received my package. I asked where my order was on 4/24/202 and got a reply about the shipping methods and time frames which were 5-10 days for some locations and 10-20 for others but mine has still not came to my address and can not be tracked. I never received a tracking number. I only ordered a slim toning shirt but that was a exactly a month ago and I have been waiting on my order for 31 days. It's to the point now I am asking myself do I still even want the product? I hope your products get delivered if mine doesn't.
I would give them a zero star rating. I ordered eyebrows on April 5,2020. I am still waiting for my order. I've emailed them 4 xs and have not recieved a response yet. The tracking number shows invalid. Shows delivery will be USPS and it says waiting for status from them. I would not refer them to a piece of dirt.
Placed an order a month ago 4/12/2020, for two nail drills ($39.93). I received order confirmation and track number on 4/16. Since this date their never been any tracking information for my order. I reached out to the company several times, with no success. This scamming company don't have any other source of contact other then two bogus email address. Paypal has been notified of this issue as well as BBB. Run do not waist your time or money on these scammers.
AVOID THIS SITE and do NOT I repeat DO NOT order or give them your hard earned money. I had even looked up reviews prior to purchasing and found good feedback from what I thought was reputable. Purchased using Shopify and Arrive to track it. After ordering and not receiving anything for over a month, I googled them and they have absolute $#*! reviews. Where was this before?!?! Their support email address is invalid and their "contact us" page has a fake $#*! Maryland address that they didn't even bother to complete. I am the real idiot here not researching enough, thinking this was a good idea. Reporting them to my bank and BBB. Bye Felicia.
I ordered Crystal Jewelry Glue back on January 22,2020. I still don't have it and the company said it has (allegedly) been shipped twice. Neither tracking number shows up as shipped via their tracking site or USPS. They were telling me to be patient, the product was on it's way. Now they don't even respond to my emails. So disappointed and irritated. Buy elesewhere.
Took over a month to receive order. Ordered 2 items and only 1 arrived. On top of that it wasn't even what I ordered that came! I suggest you save your money and time.
Ordered a product on 1/5/20. NEVER RECEIVED! I contacted them numerous times and they always said item had been shipped. When I tracked it was sitting in China somewhere. This is one of those companies that leads you to believe you are ordering from a US seller, NOT! Anyway, had to file a complaint with Paypal to get a refund.
Address doesn't exist on map! Could not find address anywhere. The street del dew is not on the map.
Finally received product 17 Mar 2020. It is not worth the money. Found product sold at Walmart... could have it sooner, but now I know I will never attempt to purchase it again. I will not change my opinion or review of this company... that remains the same.
This company has repeatedly given me the run around on an item I ordered back 16 Jan 2020. They have refused to give me any updates on the order by stating simply 'due to chinese holiday" the item was delayed. I have requested the order be cancelled and my money refunded but they ignored my request after several attempts to cancel since the order had not been filled or shipped out. They have now refused to correspond at all since 4 Feb 2020. I have attempted to make contact again as of this date 2/12/2020. Please do not order anything from them. They are a ripoff. I have reported them to PayPal.
Just received this after 3 mths, but cant use it as no resin what is the point of that you are not worth dealing with
