I ordered from this company May 2 it is July 1. My order is not here. I first contacted them to see where my order was after the 10 to 20 period they ask you to allow for shipping and they sent me a 'don't worry it's coming' and cut and pasted the paragraph from their shipping info which I had already read. I contacted them for a refund and they sent additional tracking information which is totally bogus, there has been zero movement of my package in the last 15 days. Just still waiting. The package is supposedly coming from Hawthorne (LA) I am in San Diego. What on earth is happening? Just another scam...
I order foot masks in May and it is now July and I have received nothing! I reached out to their customer service and no response. They sent me a tracker number and it must be a fake tracking number because NOTHING! Save your money because you will never receive the product. I'm going to try and see if my bank can get my funds back!
It has been 3 months since i placed my order. I have yet to receive my product, i received one email that they were looking into it a month ago. No one is responding to my numerous attempts to rectify this matter. So please save your money not worth the stress.
I waited & waited 3 1/2 months and sent many emails. I only heard one time from company that gave me a tracking # and from there never heard from anyone again after multiple emails to the company. I finally got a package today with items & information is in another language with no explanation on how to use. STAY CLEAR of this company.
I placed an order for one of their products. As of today which is June 22,2020, I have no package and no indication when it will arrive. I've written to these people 2 times and got no response. If they are so hard pressed for $ 23.00, then they can keep it. One thing is for certain, I don't mind spendin money on things I want, but they'll never get my money again. Nor would I recommend them to any of my friends or family.
I ordered a nail drill in April and got the tracking number and all. Now I can't even track where my product is. I was told that it was in the way now they won't even respond to my emails. Total rip off. All I want is my product or my money back.
I order my items on 5/08/2020 I received a tracking number with no detail to date it is 06/13/2020 I tried to use their email it simply say choose email i want to send it from then blank no way to input it the message. I tried to contact carrier it is in Chinese menu page can be translated in to English the postal page cannot. There is no way to get ant information about the product i purchased and paid for; Service is non existence. There no one to contact. The reason I am writing this hopefully some one will contact me. Please don't buy from them!
I bought product from them and I tracked it down and it said it was shipped and delivered to some place in China. I love in LA, California. They take your money and don't send any product. Do not buy anything from them.
I ordered my item May 1,2020 and I still haven't received it. I told them I would like a a refund because it is taking way too long. I cannot get a refund after it has been ordered. It could take 6 months or never come and I will never get a refund. You can recieve it and not be satisfied and you still can't get a refund.
All they want is your money.

Stay away from this company it's a scam! I ordered a nail kit back in April and still (2 months later)have not received it. I've even reached out to the merchant via email (because there's no phone number) several times with no response, but yet I've been getting promotional emails from them everyday! I had to report them to my bank as fraudulent.
I am writing this review so that none of the other customers go through what I have went through. I have NOT yet received my order. I initially ordered my products on 4/14/2020 and received the confirmation email but still haven't received my package. I asked where my order was on 4/24/202 and got a reply about the shipping methods and time frames which were 5-10 days for some locations and 10-20 for others but mine has still not came to my address and can not be tracked. I never received a tracking number. I only ordered a slim toning shirt but that was a exactly a month ago and I have been waiting on my order for 31 days. It's to the point now I am asking myself do I still even want the product? I hope your products get delivered if mine doesn't.
Can't get an assistant, but they will accept your payment with no update on your order, I will be reporting this company as fraudulent, you don't accept us funds and or will no response other than bye more products, this is sad.
Finally received product 17 Mar 2020. It is not worth the money. Found product sold at Walmart... could have it sooner, but now I know I will never attempt to purchase it again. I will not change my opinion or review of this company... that remains the same.
This company has repeatedly given me the run around on an item I ordered back 16 Jan 2020. They have refused to give me any updates on the order by stating simply 'due to chinese holiday" the item was delayed. I have requested the order be cancelled and my money refunded but they ignored my request after several attempts to cancel since the order had not been filled or shipped out. They have now refused to correspond at all since 4 Feb 2020. I have attempted to make contact again as of this date 2/12/2020. Please do not order anything from them. They are a ripoff. I have reported them to PayPal.
I ordered Crystal Jewelry Glue back on January 22,2020. I still don't have it and the company said it has (allegedly) been shipped twice. Neither tracking number shows up as shipped via their tracking site or USPS. They were telling me to be patient, the product was on it's way. Now they don't even respond to my emails. So disappointed and irritated. Buy elesewhere.
I ordered 2 items from them over a month ago. They keep sending me emails stating that I can track my shipment with a tracking number provided. But when I try to track it, all it says is that it hasn't been shipped yet. They offered me 15% off the cost of my purchase, and then didn't apply it. When I complained, they said that they couldn't do anything about it because the transaction was completed. They said I'd receive my merchandise in 15 to 20 days. It's been 33 days now. I'm out $50.
If I could give a negative star rating I would. I spent $40 on two items first they took over a month to come but that is not the worst. I get the items and they are not all what I thought I was getting. One item were supposed to be control top leggings open the bag and they are regular leggings. I own control top leggings and regular leggings so yes I know the difference.
I emailed customer service only to get a response that sorry your unhappy but we can not refund you your money.
It's not my fault your product description does not at all match what I received.
Do not buy from this website at all. I am now out $40.
This is a total scam. I ordered in April and still haven't received product. And just like everyone else the tracking is not working. Total scam! How can people live with themselves!
Placed an order a month ago 4/12/2020, for two nail drills ($39.93). I received order confirmation and track number on 4/16. Since this date their never been any tracking information for my order. I reached out to the company several times, with no success. This scamming company don't have any other source of contact other then two bogus email address. Paypal has been notified of this issue as well as BBB. Run do not waist your time or money on these scammers.
