OMG. From 8th March im ordered prom dress and i payed £170 and still coming yet. Nobody doesnt answer on my emails..

I ordered a Mother of the Bride Dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress did not look like the picture.The neckline is different, the material is heavy and very uncomfortable and the back of the dress gap out from my back by about 3 inches. When I requested a return, I was told that there 's no return or exchange for "customized items". I ordered a standard size 6 dress. I have never written a negative review before but I wanted to warn others before making the mistake I made. Terrible customer service - Buyer beware!

Icdresses scam! Avoid them!
I made a purchase and it doesn't look like in picture, very low quality for material and manufacturing, different size, no tag and no receipt in the pack, delayed delivery.
They don't accept at all return and refund!
Rude customer service and liars. Horrible experience!

So disappointing i ordered this dress two sizes below what i usually am so it would be quite fitted because that is what i wanted and when the dress came it was huge the arm width was hugely out of proportion to the dress and the whole thing just looked like a sac on me. I ended having to spend and extra $200 to get it altered! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Ordered a beautiful mermaid style long gown according to my measurements and cross referencing theirs. Dress was about 2 sizes too small and poorly made. Fabric even had a defect in it. Company now refusing to accept a return and right their wrong. Do not mke the mistake of ordering from this joke of a company

I am a petite 65 year old Mother of the Bride! I was not sure this dress would fit or it would arrive on time or even if it was as pretty in person as it was on website! The company came thru 100%! The dress is even prettier in person, beautiful sewing, beautiful fit and at my door 2 weeks before the big day! I'm very happy! This company could improve their communication via email but I think their very busy! The other thing I would say is these dresses run small which worked for me but you must be exact with your measurements! Anyway, I give them 5 stars easily! Marcia Andrews

If only I had read the reviews. I would not have bought a dress from them. Sizing is all wrong and their return policy is a joke. All sales final. They didn't even reply back after my 2nd email. Thank God I found someone who was able to wear it, but they still needed to take it in.

I brought my dress from here for my 4/23/2016 Wedding. And if anything that didn't went perfect on that day it wasn't the dress. I got sooo many compliments... so for $250 I saved $$$ on my dress. 1)Get a seamstress to measure you. Do not go by they sizing. 2) add 2 inches especially if you have hips! 3) order 6 months in advance so you can alter it. Hell the dresses in the states charges for alterations too, who are we kidding its not free! 4) I chose corset, because I can tighten or loosen to my liking... Oh PS don't by mil or mother of the bride unless its winter, they are heavy. Period. Go to Macy or Dillard's.

I ordered a dress and paid for expedited order. That was a joke. When I received it, the size was inaccurate! I contacted them the day that I received the dress to return it. They refused a return. I have continued to try to contact them. I actually reached someone one online customer service and they purposely disconnected from me and refuse to reply to me. I am turning them into the better business bureau and am currently trying to turn the website in as a scam. This website is a SCAM!

Go anywhere else for your dress needs. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and the dress that arrived was close to but not the dress I the picture on the web site. Second the dress is the wrong size. Third you get what you pay for this company, which is a shoddy dress.
So it gets better. I had to look hard to find out if there was a return policy and found something indicating that returns can be made in 3 days after arrival of (cheap) product. Then I emailed the company within one day. Note that the Live chat option is never working. The reply I received was that they do not accept returns.
This site is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. It's great that my daughter wanted to try to save some money but buyer beware.

I recently ordered an expensive dress from Icdresses. The dress looked stunning on the website and the material looked expensive. The delivery was promised between 5-8 days, but, the product arrived 3 weeks later. This would have been okay if the dress was like the one on the website, the dress come cheaply made and off colour. Their website that takes you to the return policy does not work, 'Bad Request, invalid URL' is what you get when you click the return form.
Hope you see this review before making the order and avoid the heartache.

I ordered a dress for my mother, their shipping people were ridiculous as well. It took a whole week for them to finally deliver it after having it stored at their facility. I got the dress and the material is like a pajama. I got in contact with them within three days of the delivery, like it CLEARLY states in their policy, and they are refusing my refund. If you are open and delivering only Mon-Fri that clearly means we go by business days. I received my item Friday night, got in contact with them on Wednesday morning, and they are refusing my refund. Not cool, will never order from them again. Save your money, people. It's some country, probably China, and they are scheming people of their hard-earned money. No one wants $200+ to go to waste. Not okay.

Told me I should now the size. I sent a picture of the tag on the dress and then attached my order invoice which clearly showed a size 8 was ordered. I will never order from these incompetent shady people again!
