Quit unfortunate that I found late that this company isn't what they say they are. Aftet making payment, I was told that I will be contacted within 14 working days, now it's over 14 working days and non of the phone number are available, atimes it goes to answering matching. Please I need my refund as this wasn't what I bargained.

Full of promises, that they never deliver
First things first I put a review up back last week after 27 minutes Sam Davis called me personally to tell me that he was willing to pay back £500 out of the £3400 they owed me because the rest of the money was spent on the admin fees. I don't think this company have ever give a Visa to anybody they talk a good game but never deliver. I was told my Visa would take six months. I started the process back in August 2023 and never received My Visa I decided to confront them about this issue as every time they said I had done enough evidence for my case. They asked me for more evidence which was the same evidence they had already received from me all they do is make you send information they already have so they don't have to give you your Visa. I made the £500 refund deal back months ago and yet no money has been returned. I won't be taking this review down this time. This is my original review that they asked me to take down. Scam Don't use them the reviews on here are fake. I was scammed for £3400 and when I cancelled, they told me I would receive £500 back and I never received anything. The address is real but their company is not in that complex trust me. I have done my research plus they are not Australian they are American if you want to give your money away and receive nothing and go with this fake company.

I can advise I will desist in this action upon Claire Farren receiving reimbursement of the £1500 paid 30/1/24. This payment, as you were advised in the call on 18/2/25 was advised to Claire specifically as a "visa payment" by 'Ronnie Baker' 30/1/24.
As reported to you on 30/1/25, and as per the summary provided in DECEMBER 2023, ICAUSTRALIA were fully aware that Claire was advised she was eligible only for a sponsorship visa, which you should be aware is legally required to be paid by the sponsoring employer. Therefore, you are unable to refuse reimbursement based on "fees", which I would imagine any professional or industry would agree AU$19,672 is beyond ridiculous, particularly when there is no proof of "time" spent on emails, which were mainly sent to obtain response from ICAUSTRALIA.
I am also providing advance notice of my intention to provide your latest email, this email, along with all communications, inclusive of recorded calls, to Australian Immigration Border Watch, WorldMigration Portugal, UKVI, MARA.

I spent $2,500 on my visa application, sent countless documents over 10 times (same documents), was going to cancel my visa but was then told I'm not eligible for my refund and now I'm stuck with them! Sent over 20 emails, 12 phone calls, not 1 has been responded too! Also asked for a statement of services and obviously got nothing back from them so what the hell am I suppost to do now!
They will take your money but soon as you want your money back, just email you rubbish you can't understand! So basically taken my money and done nothing since!
Liars and absolutely useless! No communication, support, absolute nothing!

IC Australia offers great services and professional advice. The process did take a bit longer than I expected, but they kept me updated at every step. In the end, it was worth the wait, and I'm very happy with the results.
Don't use this company to get a work/holiday visa. The fine print says they charge $500 per hour and are NOT authorized to issue Australian visas. You can get the visa all on your own for FREE by going to the government website:. immi.homeaffairs.gov.au After losing $1,950 to this worthless company, it took me 30 minutes to apply for my visa on my own...for free.

If you want to immigrate to Australia, I highly recommend to stay away from this place. At the beginning they will tell you all the things you want to hear. That you are legit and it would be easy to get the process. But the only thing they want is your money.
I paid around $5500 USD and took me nowhere. They only collect all your info and at the end they want another $6800USD for the final visa. They are just a bunch of scammers, in fact I report them to the online fraud police department of the country i live and they are already black listed or reported as fraudulent in google search.
Oh i forgot, if you want a reimburse, they will only do maybe $500 USD out of $6000 and in a year term. Save yourself a headache and never ever contact these thieves. If you want a visa, do it through the governments site or a local law firm, not this criminals.
They took my money and provided no service at all. Total scam. Please avoid them. There is now a news report in the Times about this company, which details their scam actives. Avoid!

Then they kept sending me the same email over and over again. Like I haven't paid them, then I spoke to one of their scammers. And they asked for another £1000. Stay away it's a complete scam. And when I get over to Australia through a real immigration team. I'll be going getting my money back from Canberra, if that's where they are based, probably not.
It is a liars company, their salesman promised you everything without showing the contract, which can only be checked after you have paid the 1490 dollars. The team was unprofessional. They just made a couple of phone calls and a wrong evaluation of my case. I wanted a 50% refund only, and they rejected it.
They look and sound professionals, you´ll receive a positive evaluation (after paying 1000$), they ask for a checklist of documents and suddenly disappear after payment. Your agent is too busy to call you back, emails are delayed and delayed, with no updates. It was too good to be true. Don´t be a fool, use a MARA registered agent, as advised by the authorities.

I sent a mail as regarding Australia immigration. I got a call and then after asking my name and country then proceeded to mention a credit verification and I should provide the first 6 numbers of my bank card. They asked how much in specific I had for financial eligibility in my bank account. I told the caller, please send an email and I will forward all necessary details via email. He said he prefers over the phone and would all me the following week lol. Why would any organisation be asking for my bank card details for any reason?
