I love my new picture that I put over my bed. I have several other icanvas photos in the house also. When I got in touch with customer service because I wanted a price adjustment because the price I would have purchased had gone down since I bought it, it took them a while to get back to me, but when they did, agent Matt was gracious enough to grant my request.

I recently ordered a painting from icanvas. When it arrived I was less than pleased with the result. I sent them an email mentioning that the rendition was not perfect. To my surprise I got an email back saying they would refund my purchase price. Would that all businesses were this honest and accommodating.
The Canvas Artworks are High Quality and so affordable. I highly recommend any lover of Art to check out their website for fantastic bargains.
This is a very reputable company that anyone would be happy to deal with. Complete customer satisfaction.
ICanvas has some of the BEST paintings I've ever seen! I just purchased two paintings and can I say that I'm in LOVE WITH THEM BOTH! I can't stop staring at them! I ordered the 3 piece picture set. The 3rd picture had a warp in the wood frame. I called Manny and with out hesitation it was replaced and shipped. These pictures are an excellent value and high quality. Can't go wrong!

I love this company.
We had ordered a canvas, which was delivered completely broken (both the outer and inner frame were broken), unsurprisingly after we saw the flimsy packaging. Anyway, our replacement canvas came a week later.
Both the replacement canvas and the original canvas had the same manufacturing defect with some paint marking in the upper right corner (see pictures attached).
To quote iCanvas, "That is not a defect. With our items, we do print all of our canvas's with mirrored edges, meaning the border of the front facing image would be mirrored as to provide an extension so that the canvas material can be stretched around the wooden frame."
After pointing out that we never had that issue with other web sites, iCanvas responded "I am not sure how other website print their items, but I assure you, this is the manor that we print our items."
No offer of a credit whatsoever...
So beware if you order from iCanvas, you will have the same issue...
This is my first time ordering from iCanvas, and I would definitely order from them again. The canvas I received arrived promptly and was well packaged. I made a mistake when I first ordered, but Manny solved the problem immediately. Thank you Manny!

I emailed ICanvas customer service and spoke with Deborah about an exchange I wanted to do. I came across another canvas that I thought would look better with my home decor a couple days after placing my initial order. I gave Deborah all the info and she handled the exchange immediately. It was the easiest return I had ever done! Thanks again Deborah! I can't wait to seem canvas on the wall! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
I ordered two paintings back to back, 5 minutes apart. They both were for delivery 1/3/20. I received one on time, and the other one doesn't deliver until Monday now. Unacceptable. The paintings are nice but they are extremely overpriced and the promise by delivery date is a bunch of lies.
I love it. The picture looks almost exactly as on the website. My only mistake was in the thickness I ordered. I now understand on a canvas unframed why the default thickness is 3/4". The 1/2" canvas has very slight warp the the wood frame in one place. But still it's very nice.
The order shipped quicker than I expected.

Beautiful, vibrant colors and fits the area perfectly! Does not have sufficient amount of staples to keep it completely flat on the back. Husband will be adding some staples. It's great otherwise!
Finally, a business that believes in both customer service AND support! Andy, responded ASAP to my email questions, communicated 100% accuracy in item # and details. I am so grateful for his assistance and generosity!
