When we received our canvas, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. I reached out to customer service, and almost immediately got a response back from Chino (who is fabulous by the way). Within a few emails sent back and forth (all of which took five minute or less to receive a response), the company had offered different solutions to help resolve my issue.
I was left with the sincere impression that they truly care about their customers. It may not have worked out this time, but I will certainly use them again.
I was sent the wrong print and Matt from Icanvas customer service was an absolute dream to work with. I have the correct print enroute to me right now and the process from reporting the mistake to making it right was extremely smooth. I will definitely continue to choose Icanvas for my art needs. Wonderful company.

Amazing. Colors just pop. The frame is simple but the pop of gold gives it some sophistication which I love as the focus will just be the art in the frame.
I ordered a small canvas for my bathroom remodel, I received 2 of the same thing and was charged for 2. I emailed the company and they were very prompt in taking care of this. I will definitely order again from them!
I just received my prints from icanvas and they look amazing. They look like Originals. I highly recommend MANASSEH JOHNSON'S artwork. His attention to detail as well as his creativity is astounding.
Perfect! Just beautiful. I picked a sail boat theme for my new home near the beach, but wanted a classy different look, and that is exactly what I received. I incorporated a touch of sea blue in the room and the two pictures picked up that same blue to tie it all together. Could not be happier. Nicely built with attention to detail and proportions.

Wonderful return policy. I, in error, ordered two identical prints. I had to return one of them. The process was easy and efficient. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Besides an amazing selection of images to choose from their customer service is outstanding! I received the wrong image, I contacted iCanvas and they responded immediately they rushed the correct item to me and to not inconvenience me they said I could keep the other print. This was not my first purchase from iCanvas and will not be my last!
I placed an order for 2 different prints on 9/15/20. The orders were shipped separately, which I was aware that was the normal procedure, but I received one package without incident BUT the other package has been sitting at the UPS warehouse with no tracking since 10/01/20. I have emailed icanvas many many times with no response. I am very disappointed that there is NO WAY to contact icanvas to resolve this issue!
It was worth the wait. I ordered two canvas prints and they are more beautiful in person than in the photos. Guests are even commenting on how much they love them. I would definitely order from Icanvas again. Both arrived in their own box in perfect condition. Love them!
Have two canvas prints from them both arrived fine on had damage to the frame caused by shippers communication was great right from ordering letting me know the stage the print was at to shipping and approximately delivery dates they keep in touch ensuring I was happy with the service and once the shipment was delivered they followed through with customer serve taking care of the small frame damage to my satisfaction must admit customer service is important to me and they certainly covered that well I have ordered another canvas and look forward to it I'm sure it's going to be the same quality as the early purchase you can purchase with confidence knowing you will be taken care of during the whole process thank you
I have nothing but good things to say about this company I needed a full refund on a $200 canvas that I had purchased and for reasons of my job was transferred out of state and couldn't have the canvas and the company gave me a full refund on my purchase, that's integrity and responsibility. I will recommend this place to anybody that are looking for quality and beautiful art work plus you will dealing with extremely professionals.
I ordered a large frame canvas. When it initially came, it was damaged. I am mediately contacted the company it was in five days I had the same beautiful canvas undamaged which is now hanging on my wall. They were so gracious and timely about the process. I'm very grateful and love the artwork.

Lovely selection of prints and great opportunities to take advantage of sales. But I have to say that the customer service I get at iCanvas is what makes it my first stop when looking for something to spruce up my living space. They are customer oriented and go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchases.
Beautiful artwork, fast shipment and fast delivery. Only downfall was the poor packaging. There was nothing other than small pieces of styrofoam to protect the painting on the corners and the styrofoam broke every where in the box while being shipped and now I tiny pieces of styrofoam all over my living room. I am quite surprised the painting didn't get damaged while being delivered. (I live in Canada and it comes from the United States for reference.) All and all not sure if I would order again.
I have made a purchase two weeks ago, I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for an entire two weeks! I get NO or ZERO response. I have sent numerous emails, still no reply. I even tried contacting the phone number I found online and it says " no available customer service representative to assist you" I am extremely concerned with an order that I placed and wanted to change the shipping address before it shipping but its going to be to late by the time they contact me. Extremely disappointed because I have spent a lot of money on this painting.
I ordered two art pieces and received them very securely packaged. One did not fit well where I wanted it so I returned it. My credit was very quickly posted to my account. I have ordered another one as replacement and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival.
