I was missing credit for a purchase. I sent a request for review of the purchase and was quickly credited.
With prices skyrocketing every time I save money it has an impact. Ibotta got my attention with the $2.50 back on any brand of eggs. This got me into the store quickly because the purchase had to be made on a Friday. I usually try to avoid the stores on Fridays. Several things I needed were on Ibotta and I saved $11 and was so excited. Good work Ibotta!
I placed an order on Chewy through Ibotta over a month ago. I have submitted numerous tickets and not have any response or email in regards to this issue. Very unsatisfied
