This was the worst experience I've had with Ibotta so far I purchased 10 items for a five dollar bonus plus whatever the items were worth. I scanned the items three times once at the store and when I got home I submitted the receipt I had to rescan all the items again then you sent me back two dollars and said nine items were missing and eligible so I rescan them, they were all clearly the right ones resubmitted it and then got another notice saying they were in eligible. This is a horrible experience and a complete ridiculousness scanning the items three times and still have not got my money when clearly they were the correct items.

I was missing an offer that was on my Walmart receipt from my connected account and after I sent a picture of the receipt in they indicated it was not the correct thing but that was because Walmart did not have the product name as well as the UPC number on the receipt. Ibotta took care of it and I got my $3 back. Very pleased with the customer service

This was the first time when I had a issue, it was easy to correct the problem!
Ibotta logged me out of my account on my phone, I used the password but Ibotta said it was not correct. Changed password and tried again, still said it was not correct. Tried a 3rd time, VERY FRUSTRATING! And time comsuming!
I bought 3 items from CVS that I should get cash back from Ibotta. It should have been $1.00 for one item and $1.50 for each of the other two. I should have gotten a total of $4.00 back. I scanned and submitted my receipt probably at least 8 times and Ibotta kept saying I had no offers that qualified even though it kept saying each item was a match. Finally it showed I was getting the $4.00, so I'm thinking I finally got it to go through. But no, I get an email later saying I only earned $1.00. Now I have to go back again and try to get the $3.00. The amount of time I have put into trying to get money back is totally not worth it. Really considering to drop Ibotta altogether.

I linked my Walmart account with Ibotta. Worst mistake ever. I miss out on 50% or more of my money back from Ibotta.

Customer service responded quickly and was very helpful.
They have a ton of offers and I usually get about 10-15% of my order back in cash back!

I bought the required items and scanned the barcodes twice and scanned the receipts. One of the rebates of $6 was missing from account. Ibotta added the $6.00 I was due.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
