I bought the required items and scanned the barcodes twice and scanned the receipts. One of the rebates of $6 was missing from account. Ibotta added the $6.00 I was due.

I also use FETCH, and Ibotta is SO much more complicated. I scanned my first receipts yesterday and I had to take one of the pictures about five times before it would be accepted. I have never had that problem in FETCH. To Ibotta: IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT DIFFICULT.

I used to love Ibotta before they partnered with Walmart. Now, it's not worth my trouble. I liked being able to save up my rewards and then cash them out and use them for things I wanted or sometimes for gift cards. Now it's taken me well over a year to reach $5. When I eventually have enough to cash out I will delete the app and be done with Ibotta. There are much easier and better apps out there now.

The Ibotta customer service has been exceptional. Even though I have had some issues with getting credits along the way, they have always worked with me on getting them resolved.
