Waste so much time to scan and verify my purchases. On Ibotta's end...can't see what products actually match and reject offer. Funny, after I scan my receipt (disqualifying items) then next shopping trip those purchases are available! Never have fresh produce. Helloooo...we as a whole are struggling with grocery prices and NOW majority of your offers are eligible for BUY 2. Consumers can no longer just BUY 2
I recently submitted a receipt for cash back, but was missing credit for one item. I contacted support, and they took care of the issue right away. They always do their best to help me out whenever issues arise.
It was pretty simple just slightly frustrating as it took sorta forever for my rebates to be processed. Which I understand since as many loops as I had to jump I'm sure so did the people that helped me. However, the individual who assumed my account was already linked with no proof was annoying. Regardless everyone else was nice, respectful and fast to reply.!
In the beginning I absolutely LOVED Ibotta! Unfortunately, after a couple years, I never really get great Mid-Week or Weekend Warrior bonuses (they're usually 18 offers for $1.00 or 15 offers for $1.00). On Instagram, people are taking snapshots of their fantastic bonuses and posting (10 for $5.00 or 15 for $7.00 or 15 for $10.00). It's not equitable. Very rare that I get offered good bonuses anymore. So frustrating!
Yes I had a problem with getting my bonus cash that I earned I contacted customer support,and they responded fairly quickly and had my problem and my cash in my account quickly that I earned
Well, it was my mistake. I did not add the product to my list before I went shopping in the store. My account was linked to Ibotta and after several tries, I contacted the support team and they were able to resolve the issue for me. So glad I was able to add it to my list after the fact, thank you so much.
Made a purchase. Wanted to try the product (not something we buy) was excited to try it because of the rebate. Was disappointed that the rebate disappeared. They were kind enough to let me have it anyway. Thank you ibotta team.
I had to scan a barcode 5 times. Each time it said it matched. And yet after submitting The receipt I had to do it again! It still says pending even though it matched.
Everything is usually great but sometimes it will ask to scan a barcode that I have already thrown away and I will miss out on cash back.
My cash back was missing due to the way stop and shop grocery coded the Kentucky Legend Turkey product. Ibotta care agents did a thorough search and resolved the issue, I appreciate their diligent work in taking care of this.
The first time I used Ibotta after connecting my account, they emailed me to tell me I had another eligible item on that purchase. I went in and added the offer, and got paid for it. Thanks for reminding me, I appreciate that!
Ibotta is my favorite app. It doesn't take that long to go into the app and pick items with money back that you are going to purchase during your future shopping trip. That is all it takes, and is as easy as that. All the rest is done for you and the money back is in your account quickly after your shopping trip.
I am a great fan of Ibotta. I recently had an issue with not getting a rebate I was owed, sent an email and the amount was credited to me with minimal effort. Ibotta is like a "Christmas club" account for me….i use it for items I regularly buy and watch my cash back grow…cash it out in November and helps with buying stuff for the holidays. A little effort pays off!
After shopping at CVS Ibotta sent a notification that I had missing cash back. So awesome of them to do that!
Ibotta has rebates for your every day purchases. A nice way to earn a little cash back.
Ibotta wouldn't load in WalMart. I moved all over the store with no success. It loaded as I was heading to the car. I bought OxiClean and was happy to see it as a cash back offer. I added it as we were leaving the store. Problem is it was the wrong size, which I couldn't verify while I was in the store. This is a frequent problem.

I enjoy the app but sometimes the bar code scans are inaccurate, most often with the "any brand" items. Most recently, I bought 2 trays of porkchops anticipating to be able to earn a few cents for them, but the scan repeatedly gave me a "does not match" error. I wish there was a way to provide immediate feedback, but even when I clicked the "reconsider" button, I still received the "doesn't match" error. I would like to be able to take a picture of the item rather than just the arcade to get reconsiderations. I'm not sure how to get customer support
Almost every time I submit a receipt, I am told some item does not match my receipt. Grocery stores abbreviate items in different ways and I understand it may be hard to match them. So I usually need to contact Customer Service twice, indicating where on the receipt the item in question is. It's time consuming and annoying.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
