Customer Service completely non-responsive. Now a month later submitting 4th communication seeking resolution.
At this point seeking refund so I can do business elsewhere.
I ordered a seat pedestal on 7-17-2020, paid a little over $110. Received an email stating the seat would ship on 7-28-2020. No more info from iboat. Called numerous times. Sent questions over their website. Talked to their reps on the phone and canceled the order. Was told it would take a couple days for the refund to hit my card company. Still nothing until I called their number again. This time I was told that the company that they get the pedestals from had until August 12 to ship the pedestal. Still haven't gotten the pedestal or a refund. This company appears to wa fraudulent company. I will pursue this until either I get my pedestal or my refund. I will pursue legal action no matter what. I HATE thieves!
Multiple email and phone calls unanswered about my order I have not received. Do not do business with this company. Using covid 19 for your lack of service is despicable.
This place says they accept returns, but when you call, they give you some BS that the shipping dept will call back within a couple days with return info, then you never get a call or email response or get to get someone on the phone. Seems like a very shady buisness

I placed a order online 6/15/2020 did not get a email stating it was shipped, on 6/18/2020 I canceled the order online because they would not answer the phone still no response so I sent another email on 6/23/2020 and canceled it again 2 hours later I get a email saying the part has shipped. Now I have a part I do not need and can't send it back because they don't answer the phone or replay to emails. Do not buy from " I BOATS"
Ordered an "In Stock" propeller on 6/2/20, got a confirmation e-mail saying it would be shipped on 6/4/20, with an arrival date of 6/11/20. Checked the status on 6/8/20, and saw it had not shipped yet. Sent several e-mails, none were returned. Tried to call, got a worthless phone tree, no one answers. It's now 6/14/20, and the item still hasn't shipped, and my e-mails go unanswered. If I could get a live person I'd cancel the transaction. If you need your parts in a timely manner, DO NOT do business with this company.
Do not order anything from this place they took my money and never sent my item or a confirmation email and they are impossible to contact they have an answering service that has yet to respond back to me dont lose your money like i did

I ordered an $11.00 part, paid $15.00 for shipping on May 13th. Credit Card was charged. When I go into my i iBoat account it shows I have never placed an order. Yet I have an invoice and my card statement showing they charged my account. I have called them, emailed them and yet no one cares to get back to me on the part.
The customer service from this business will be the death of them. I will never use them again, and I will let all my boating friends know how bad they are. All over an $11.00 part. How sad!
I am sorry I had to rate them a one star. I don"t think they even deserve that!
There system identified a prop that would "FIT" my drive and it would not, took way to much time to get the return and extra phone call, then I am expected to Pay return shipping (on a stainless prop) Yeah I want to eat all the original shipping and insurance and shipping to return for their MISTAKES...

I ordered a skeg for my boat about a week before Memorial Day. I got a confirmation of the order a couple business days went by and no tracking number. I called and emailed, no response, next day still nothing, so I sent an email to cancel the order and I ordered the part from a different supplier luckily they get it to me and I was able to mount it before the holiday weekend. Still no word from iboats. Then I get an email with the tracking number, the tracking info shows I had contacted them in plenty of time long before the shipping label was printed. Now I'm stuck with a skeg and crickets regarding a RA #. They have disappointed me because I have used them before with success.
Ordered from iboats a couple weeks ago. I've called and left voicemails numerous times as well as emailed. I've gotten NO REPLY at all! No product has shown up or shipped. Guess I'll have to dispute the charges with my CC.
Paid extra for second day shipping and they don't process the order for over a week. So yeah, it will ship in two days, whenever they get off their lazy asses and put it in a box. Ordered April 28th and still hasn't shipped as of May 6. Item was listed "In Stock".
Ordered 13 items in the middle of December. Saw online that my items should ship by Dec 20th, reaching me by the 24th. On the 26th I called and found out that the warehouse "is closed until January 2nd" and they had no idea what was happening with my order and couldn't provide any guidance besides "call back then." I was traveling, got NO updates, finally called today (the 15th) and found out the warehouse is "extremely backed up due to a reorganization" and I should see my order in 2 to 3 weeks. I have received NO communication from iBoats and was only offered to "cancel" my order or wait for the parts. This is a horrible way to run a business. I can only guess that the reorganization has change this company to make it the mess it is today. Avoid it at all costs!
Just put my cover on my tracker 14' v guide. Cover fits extremely well. I would recommend this cover.
I'm pretty certain I ordered a bimini top for SQUARE bimini frame. I got one for round. This will not work for my boat. I ordered just cover and boot. I received complete cover, boot, round poles and hardware. Wasting my time and summer now.
Recently I've bought an equipment from this company. I can't complain about anything. The quality is great.
Keep up the great work Y'all. I am happy with the availability and the diverse selection of parts for my boat. So sick of paying the West Marine price brother. I always look for USPS shipping option. I prefer free but, those companies that do not offer USPS, they go bye-bye from my searches.
I ordered a replacment S. S. swivle for my bimini top and they are top notch. The fit is perfect. May have taken a week to get them but they had to sent them half way across the states to get them to me.
