The best way to describe the company is to say they are a smart and innovative scam. Lovely website, great products advertised. Good customer service until purchase is made. Once your money leaves you, the rest is history. I never got the Immobilizer I paid for. It's been in production for over three years. What a joke! Eventually, the customer service said they don't have details of my order.
RUN! BIG SCAM.
I purchased 2 units and paid $180. Has always been extremely slow in working but recently stopped working completely. I contacted "support" and was informed that I now have to pay a $60 annual "license" to keep it working! What a scam and ripoff! Nothing was disclosed about an additional "license fee" when I originally bought these, and this new scam was started a couple of years after full purchase. What a lousy company and worthless product. Lesson learned: BUY USA PRODUCTS!
My experience with iBlue has been undeniably negative, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. In my situation, not only did I pay for their services and never receive any purchase documents, but my money was gone with no services provided, and I couldn't get any support or contact person to address my concerns. Please be cautious and avoid making payments to this company, as they lack professionalism and reliability in their operations, and it seems that once they have your money, it may be gone for good.
Just like the others have reported, initially when I reached out for support they were very responsive, the exchange went over several days. I was told the included license had expired but I never saw any mention of annual licenses when I first purchased the gate openers as I wouldn't have originally purchased them. I have 2 gate openers that worked but couldn't share keys. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought lifetime licenses and firmware updates. Then zero response's to my emails. The online account says my order was pending for 5 days. The support team never replied anymore.
If there is or was a server once in my opinion there isn't anymore. I wish I had seen the other reviews first as I would've saved my money.
They won't reply once they have your money.
If the other reviews are true I expect I'll receive a threatening email in due course saying that they will take me to court for being negative towards them. Good luck with that, I'm not in the EU, so just like them I can't do $#*! about what they did to me and like wise they can't do $#*! to me. Accept for the humble review of my experience.
Don't buy from them. I plan to report them to the Visa card company, maybe they'll get cut off from the financial card system or at a minimum they be block in my country. I did think it was strange in this day and age they didn't offer PayPal but now I realise why, because PayPal wouldn't allow this under handed practices to happen and they would be made to be accountable.
Payment of a lifetime licence is just a scam to get you to pay every year by sending threatening emails then never get back to you either by email or the non-existant chat. DO NOT engage with this company.

Further to my review I received the following lovely response from iBlue, not to answer my requests as to why I was receiving threatening emails or to apologise for the error but to cancel my account and threaten legal action.
"Our company doesn't have time to deal with fools, so we blocked your product permanently, cut off access to your application and canceled your purchased licenses.
We have handed over your Sitejabber registration to our legal representative (along with all your entered data).
Be smart another time! "
Guess that answers any questions about the company's morals.
I have ordered a smart gate and a firmware update. I have paid, but never received them. Not replying on website, facebook, twitter. No phone number.
After my review they have deleted the never received order.
You should have offered me a solution. What you did is an act of a 5 years old kid...
Guys, your company's moral is pathehtic...:)

The smart key no longer works and they tell you to buy a license for £120 then stop responding. $#*!s.
I bought a unit of their iBlue Immobilizer back in 2018. Below is a summary of my awful experience with them:
1. Product page does not show the product, only a picture of 3 boxes
2. In the check out page, below where you have to input your credit/debit card information there is this legend "By providing your card information, you allow SuperFoods Store to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms."
3. In product's page it says, "The immobilizer is operated via a free smartphone app, available for download on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)." That app is nowhere to be found in AppStore.
4. When I placed my order, they were offering free shipping, which they did not honored ans charged me usual shipping fee.
5. Also, there was a 5% discount if you subscribed to their newsletter, which they did not honored either.
6. When I got in contact with them through their support email, they said that a license was necessary in order to keep using the device. However, there is nothing mentioned about that "license" neither in the product's page, nor in the booklet that comes with the product. Now they want to charge me extra for using a device that could not be used on arrival.
7. If you look around internet for reviews about the iBlue Immobilizer, there are none.
8. They just treatened me saying that "our system will soon block all devices operating without a valid license based on their serial number".
9. Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are not disclosed anywhere in entire website.
10. Invoice came from a different company called AROS TECHNOLOGY Kft. Based in Budapest.
Buyer beware! It is hard to trust such a deceitful and dishonest company like this.
