I was very nervous about ordering this, as I've never purchased anything like this on my own. My Hvac tech. Met me at my house when trucking company arrived with order and checked my order out. Everything looked good, is now installed, and seems to be working great. I would not hesitate to order again from HVAC Direct.com.
