Product exactly as ordered as well as being right when even LG customer service told me I did not have a filter in my new fridge
All one would expect from a company. As soon as I put it in, there was a remarkable increase in the amount of water that came out. It was also priced well.

First I bought a filter for my frig it was ok. So I bought a 12 pack of same filters, I thought...
$185.00. They sent me different designed filters that didn't fit correctly. Hard to put in and leaked badly. They said they would replace it with same badly designed filter. NO REFUND!. And to top it off they blocked my number so I couldn't call them back again.

NEVER buy from this company! They're scammers! I bought the wrong filters online on accident & when i called to return them they didn't want to pay for the shipping. So i paid for it & returned it about 2 weeks ago & they still havent given my money back! SCAMMERS STOLE $80 FROM ME! They dont return my calls or answer when i call. IM GOING TO SUE YOU GUYS! I purchased a three pack filters from this Company in September 24,2018. Via Amazon. Nowhere did they publish the filter was not the same size, or would you have to forcefully install it. Not that it would even work at that! At the end of last month I finished my Factory Frigidaire filters and wanted to start using the filters I bought from House of Filters. ALL THEY SAY IS THEY FIT AND TO USE A PLIERS. I will not be using a pliers to forcefully screw in the filter. They provide a half-assed instructions that
I just received from Clatterans.com, amazing they fit, they are the correct size, and no pliers required. I have a photo. Not until I received the filters di I know they were not the same size. They are refusing to refund me. I don't take kindly to being ripped off, I work hard for my money.
I'm a bit scared to use the filters that were sent. The directions seem complicated. I like the old ones that you just push in. Now you have to turn something and do something else... I"m worried these will be difficult, although I haven't tried one yet. I had to tape the instructions to one of them for fear if I lost the directions I wouldn't know how to install them. :(
DO NOT BUY off market water filters for your refrigerator - at least not one for a Frigidaire. House of Filters claimed their cheaper filters provide the same filtering for half the price. And they will fit just fine. Well - NOT. You may get the filter in, but you may not get it out. And then you will need to call for a repair guy to wrestle with it, hoping not to break some plastic part. There is a major manufacturing difference in the filters from the name brand ones and this little difference can get hung up once in place in the unit. And our warranty policy will not cover having the repair guy come out to your house. And if the cheaper brand damaged your fridge, Frigidaire will not cover the damage. So, did you really save money? Nope. And House of Filters will NOT stand by their product, take back product you purchased, refund any money you spent to repair your fridge. So, if a deal sounds too good to be true... it's a scam. Pay the extra money for the real thing.
I bought filters from this place twice. My order was fine but i no longer needed my filters. I'm still waiting on my refund. No response from the company.
Good, cheap filters. They do their job well. I have had one water filter that leaked, probably an o-ring issue. Not worth fussing over for the price of one filter. Great buy!
Great timing n pricing, should of used this site long time ago with my refrigerator filters. Had great pricing for the more I bought and free shipping which brought my pricing even lower
It says same size but does not fit it in as well as old one. So not too impressed with delivery. Would want same size when I choose model or for them to look for alternates.
I have left a phone message abe sent email asking for return authorization and have not had a response.
They sent the wrong product & they take your money they don't return your calls so now I'm out 100+ dollars!

We have bad tasting water here in Hemet California. That means without a good filter on the ice maker, the ice will ALSO taste bad. I can buy the OEM filter for $50 or a generic filter from Houseoffilter for $18. The question is, will the $18 filter WORK? The answer is YES, as good as the OEM filter, maybe better. Save a LOT of money and buy from House of filters!

We are sorry you feel that way. This is a very common problem with this refrigerator. We have even sent you a video showing the original water filter from Frigidaire getting stuck as well. Sometimes you just can't find the person to point the finger to. Sorry
