The Support is always there and very professional. I used it a few time s for stupid mistakes and even then they were eager to help. I've only had my site down for 5 minutes and that was for a CPanel upgrade. HostingWalay.pk fits all of my requirements (for only a few dollars per month no less!) and more. I recommend this decent web host to others.
I've been using HostingWalay shared hosting in Pakistan for 3 months now, and there is no flaw in the service, and when I need support It usually doesn't take more than 15 minutes to resolve my cases... so It's great and I guess I will continue using this decent hosting for a long time.
