Servers are fast, heaps of spare processing power, database queries happen very quickly. Support is very helpful and most of the time I get a reply within minutes to even the most difficult to answer questions. So far hostingsource uptime has been better then they say it is and I've had nothing but the best technical support from them.

The server's response time is very good. Hostingsource has never been anything but helpful and prompt when I faced them with problems. My site availability is almost 100%, so much extras, disk space and bandwidth is fantastic, though it doesnt affect the server status, very helpful staff.
