Before 4 days, I bought hosting from hosting raja, then today I faced downtime of 1:30 hours. Even there support Link and official website was also down.
I called hosting raja support number, but three times customer support executive disconnected my call. In fourth attempt one guy attend my call and told me that their is some issue is going on and it will fix in 30 to 40 minutes. After 30 minutes I again called on their support number, same guy picked my call and told me it will take 30 to 40 minutes. Then I told him then please specify correct timming because we have many client hosted on hostingraja. After 20 minute discussion one guy come up on call and told me that their was no issue from hostingraja end. It was from my end. And it automatically working fine.
Even at that time their official website and support was also down. May be they can blame me for the same as well.
Hostingraja please do not promise 99.99% uptime if you guys can not fullfill and even not able to make your website running. It is down from last 2 hours. :)

Worst Service with 99.9% downtime and no support at all. Database doesn't get connected smoothly and sometimes not at all. Support team is very rude and a real bad experience.
I started a business a few years ago and so I started creating my own first website 1 year ago. And I have tried using a lot of hosting services who have offered some good packages and started using those services but I'm not satisfied with their services. And 4 months ago I was searching for a good and decent hosting provider and with good technicians who can solve any kind of issues within minutes and guide properly and then I heard from one of my friends that Hosting Raja is the best VPS server provider and sign up for their VPS plan.
Before that, I read about their company and service feedbacks considering what other people say about their services then only I decided to grab it and transfer my website to their server. Now I have hosted 4 more websites with them.
I love their services because they offer a lot of good products and excellent services and also they have a friendly support team. The support team is always online unlike others, right now I recommend it to all my clients and friends, and continue the good work.
I have purchased a windows web hosting plan in which i can host 10 website from hosting raja, this company has a very poor quality of technical support, following are the issue that i have faced with this company (Call me on *******539 for official confirmation of the below mentioned issue) (Never ever purchase any service from hosting raja - they offer everything at cheaper rate but very worst in support)
1. Every time we raise a ticket related to server issue - the technical team replies that it is coding issue and contact your developer. The same website when hosted on bigrock and godaddy works properly. Then I have to explain that same website is working on other server and then they make changes in the server. Till now we have never deployed any website without raising a ticket, for every deployment of website there is some or the other issue and the technical team is the dumbest people you will ever find in the world.
2. website is not accessible 2-5 times on daily basis, we have to call back to hosting raja team to up the website. Each call takes atleast 20 mins.
3. Email service - I have created around 45 emails id, till now 2 times all my emails was deleted by hosting raja without any prior intimation, the email service was stopped and all our important emails were deleted. Hosting raja support team is not having any reason for this deletion
Don't purchase any kind of services of hosting raja. My server is automatically stop and also his official website is not opening. So don't purchase and waste your money.
They provide very bad service. I was looking for a good hosting company, and I came across hosting raja after reading good reviews on its website. I had a very good impression that this company provides good service, but I was wrong. When I wanted to buy their hosting they proactively called me and were ready to make adjustments.
I purchased their unlimited shared hosting plan, and now my three websites are gone from the server. According to them, there was malware, but I hadn't received any email. They have no backup of a particular date and just making me a fool.
The client area is also not working. I need to reset the password every time to check things.
Without any intimation, they can remove your emails. Recently I have found that emails between 2018 and mid-2020 don't exist.
They can reset passwords any time, and the good thing is that you can't reset the Cpanel password because it is not working and every time shows an error.
I request all of you to please do not buy their hosting. They will be proactive to make money from you. Please do not buy it. You will lose your business and customers.

I recently had an issue while upgrading my website. Whenever I went to work in the control panel, I was being knocked off, and then would not be able to access the CP for hours. This kept happening every time I went to work! I reported the problem to the support team at Hosting Raja and in a jiffy, they resolved the problem. Or so I thought. However, in less than an hour of getting back to work, I was knocked off again!
This time around, support took time to attend to the issue. They ran tests on the server, on my IP and other areas and told me that there was no issue from their end. Most importantly, they told me that the issue I was facing was due to a fault at my ISPs end.
I reported the same to my Internet Service Provider. They got on the job, took over a week running tests etc., and finally came up with a permanent solution. Since then I have had no problem and my site was soon up and running! If not for the support team at Hosting Raja, I would never have known the issue was with my ISP and might have moved on. I heartily thank Hosting Raja, particularly their support team!
