Host Gator has the worst service and support possible! Their hosting is extremely slow, while their support is unprofessional! My websites are running very slow and whenever I call a support I get a random guy who doesn't have an idea what to do to solve the problem. If you email or try to talk to a senior position, you get promises that your website will run smoothly in a couple of hours, but at the end you only get empty promises. The slow hosting continues and you lose visitors/customers. Avoid them at all costs!

Support staff was helpful. The DNS issues I figured out on my own, as servers were still patched through the previous DNS company, changing to Hostgator's DNS servers allowed the mailserver to work normally.
