I can say support always on top no matter what time u contact them. Hostgator support are 24/7 on. I usually get connected instantly but sometimes takes between 5 to 10 mins. Overall support is 10/10 but hosting in my experience is 7/10.
My site was going down. Tech took the time to resolve and figure out why my sites were going down. Installed script to prevent bot attacks. No other tech support could figure out or take the time to solve the problem. This tech did a great job.

I have used HostGator in the past and never had any issues with anything. Before. It is a little bit of a learning curve with creating a website (kind of a clunking looking site) but was able to figure it with so many videos online that actually work with GatorHost and the platform. The thing to me that is really important after reviewing reviews regarding which site is best. Making changes in the design of the website is super quick and publishing them and reviewing and then marking more changes over again is really easy and is such a time saver - that was something that was important to me - getting it tested as quick as possible without any issues is the key. I had a few issues which web searches helped but that was on me for not reading the messages that are provided - I was really thankful that everything was saved as I went along until I figured out what I was doing.

I had an issue with my website and had to rebuild with another platform. When I did this, all the secondary pages had no styling at all. Now, my site was very new so I decided to simply install a new platform... but I kept getting errors... no matter what I did. 3/5 Stars because of weird server issues. Server down 09.10.2022 / my Domain was inaccessible?
I was recommended to upgrade my plan because of "lack of space" for uploading media.
In truth, it was a server issue (I had used only ~230mb out of the +900mb that is available). So it was quite infuriating that the recommendation was to upgrade instead of attempting to solve the problem^^ it seemed like it is pushed to get more expensive plans...
Otherwise, helpful support team until now. The abovementioned issue was solved.
