I signed up for a Speed Reaper hosting plan 18 months ago, I moved 6 domains and around a dozen websites form another host using a cpanel backup file, they had me up and running in under 20 minutes.
I do the majority of my work at night, after midnight on the east coast of the U.S., if I need tech support it's always a click away and things get done immediately. I really like the fact that I have the same techs every night to work with. I used to dread night time tech support at the old host, you never knew if you were going to get an experienced engineer or some clueless newbie just reading back what it says in the help desk system.
My only complaint would be that they seem to throttle ftp uploads at around 2mb, hardly a problem, and far from a deal breaker. I should probably step away from the computer more often anyway and that gives me a chance on large uploads.
I haven't experienced any outages or slowdowns and my wordpress and opencart sites load instantly.
