I am a real estate agent/Realtor and I use this app every day. Being able to snap a photo of a home (which is how it got its name Homesnap) and pull of the information on it is instant gratification. So handy.
Iris was our Agent and was very attentive, efficient, and friendly. She listened to our needs/wants and always showed us homes that were exactly what we were looking for, making it a challenge to choose. Iris was honest, fair and treated us like family, she was not just our agent but now continues to be a friend.
This app has being extremely helpful while house hunting. Anytime we saw a for sale sign we snapped a picture of the house and immediately the asking price, pics, and details were available.

I love this app and use it faithfully to communicate with my clients as well as other agents. It has so many great features and I love the fact that it shows me GAMLS & FMLS listings without me having to log into each MLS separately. It saves me lots of time! I am also an investor and appreciate the fact that when looking at abandoned or depleted properties that may not have a visible address I can take a pic in Homesnap and it will give me the address and details bout the property!
Love the mobile App. Very user friendly and efficient. Great tool to use when farming!
