This app is the bomb!! I'm a real estate agent in VA and I use it every time. I'm always recommending it to my clients which sometimes can get a little challenging for them to learn how to work it or register as my clients but we figure it out some way!

As an investor, with just few steps you can get an idea about the value of the property, comps, size, and more. This saves a lot of work and makes my job very efficient. You can also leverage other people/deal finders to use this tool. Definitely recommend this app.

I am a very wealthy man who enjoys the finer things in life. As such I am tired of apps that are trying to show me houses that are typically for the poorer people. This app lets me customize a price range. Nothing below one million dollars. Very neat

My agent sent this app to me and I've been hooked on every since. The easy navigation of the site is fantastic, in addition it gives you more information on the homes you view which helps you determine and narrow your selections.

If you don't have this app, you are missing out...by far the most accurate and credible listing of homes for sale that I have found. I even know a few realtors that prefer this app over the mls listing...if I could give it 10 stars, I would without hesitation. It has helped me in my search for a new home.

This app allows you to contact the sellers agents instantly. Easy to use & navigate. Tied to MLS so unlike other apps, when you contact the seller, they're not already under contract or something. Listings seem to be updated constantly. My fave!

As a Realtor, I love this app. It works great. If I am driving a client around and they say "What is that house?" I now have an instant way to get the info right away. Best of all, when you register as a Realtor, the app goes out branded. Thanks

This app is pretty amazing for home buyers and realtors. I'm not sure how they have access to so much information but they do and it's really valuable.

This app has been a complete life saver when I don't have my computer and my client wants information on a property. It is so easy to use and has every bit of information needed. The only suggestion I would make is to be able to search tax limits as well.

Stable, fast, and intuitive -- and the listings seem accurate, unlike the garbage that Zillow throws up to con people into contacting its agents. This is the best real estate app I've come across, and I've tried 'em all!

This app is phenomenal for my line of work, as a real estate entrepreneur. I can snap a front shot of any home and find the address and who owns it fast. Brilliant app and I recommend this tool to anyone that works in RE!

If you're planning to buy a home in a unfamiliar area, this is the best app of all. With crime and school info overlaid on the map, you are able to learn a bit about an area before you even take time to see it in person. Sometimes, links to properties shared to others via Trulia won't open in the Trulia app on the iPad, but everything works great on the iPhone.

As a professional realtor, I have found this app to be a great resource. It is simple to use and is loaded with great information. It has been a lifesaver on several occasions when out with buyers. It's also great to show sellers what's selling in their area. I would highly recommend this app if you are interested in real estate.

Me and my husband just started house hunting for the first time and we found this app so addictive! It's full of useful information we care about and can not found in any other place. Ok the user interface intuitiveness could do with a few tweaks here and there but in essence it's a very useful app especially when you're looking to buy property rather than just estimating what your neighbours' houses worth...

As a Realtor, I use Homesnap to keep on top of properties that have sold or are for sale in the area. Simply open the app and get detailed accurate info and photos instantly! Much faster then using the multiple listing service.
