I'm often walking around and wondering "how much does that house cost"? Taking a picture of it pulls up all the details! Well, sometimes you have to adjust the result, mainly it uses the GPS location, but then you can pick the adjacent house on the map.

This app makes it so easy to get instant information on a house you may see while walking or driving. You take a picture of the front of the house and the price etc, pops up immediately. No writing the address down and trying to find it online, or calling an eager real estate agent just to find out if the house is even within your budget. The only problem I have is navigating around the app.

This is a great app to have and it really saves me time when pricing homes. I am a Real Estate Investor and it can be pretty hectic having to always speak with an agent about a property. By using this app, I am able to know right away if the property is within my price range or if I should continue my search. Not to mention, time is money in this business? Get the app....Very handy! Thank you!

I don't know who likes this more , my clients or me! I'm able to see what properties they like and the areas and they get the satisfaction of getting the home info on the spot. Also nice when out and about with clients for the same reason. The instructional videos are very helpful.

I am a Realtor, if I ever have a buyer ask me about property lines, this is my go to. I found myself today driving around with some investors, they wanted to know prices on homes for sale, I took a picture of the home and Boom! There was the price and info about the house. Thumbs up on this one.

We love using this app. It has the most accurate information about for sale real estate listings because it comes directly from the real estate agents' MLS database. The integration with agents connecting with their clients in a seamless mobile app makes it really easy for everyone to use together. It's a perfect combination of easy to use consumer software, and big, broad data on the back end.

As a loan officer, this is a great application to share with new homebuyers looking at homes. They can make comments, get complete info, value, and refer back to the photos later. It's a great new tool that is so easy! Love it!

As a real estate app- this one gets it! It is quickly updated from our realtor databases (MLS) and tax records - giving my clients incredible information at their fingertips. I use it frequently to get information on the fly - and it has surpassed our mls app. And last I love it when traveling to get an idea of home values in other places.

Better than a majority or real estate apps out their, more realistic values and more accurate bed/baths than other apps. A must have, a like the way they listen to your input if you feel something is wrong(value, bed/bath).

Awesome. Just tonight my wife and I were walking in Carmel and walked by a beautiful house that was for sale. We took a picture and it came right up. We looked over the listing and my wife was amazed at the ease of getting that information and all the pictures. I'm the managing Broker of a Century 21 office and I can tell you there isn't a better app to look at houses in your immediate area.

This is my go to for all my clients! It's up to date easy to use and a great tool for my buyers. They love it and they don't waste time looking in other apps for homes that are already under contract days ago. As an agent I use so many parts of this app from the Rapid CMA to the ability to look up other agents in a flash. Best App Ever !!

This is a great app for hobbyists like myself. It is so convenient. Instant results. I have recommended it to others & they love it too. Suggestion: You could also consider typing in an address to research a property. This is so much fun when out on walks or driving through new areas. LOVE IT!!
