This is so easy. I give it to my clients so they will be able to see if it is in their price range and has their desired rooms and amenities. If I come across a new listing while driving a neighborhood I don't have to pull up the MLS to see what it's listed for. It's much easier to "snap" and have the information immediatelhy.

Homesanp is great for getting a quick idea of value, especially in an area you may not be familiar with. And last month I got a notification a potential buyer had found me via Homesnap. 4 weeks later I closed a sale with them! All I can say beyond that is "try it and see for yourself".

This app helps my customers with sharing information about what they are interested in viewing.

Home snap is a different kind of real estate app. It connects Relators with clients and lets the public know which homes the Realtors are familiar with because they have showed the home and snapped the picture of it.

Home Snap Pro is great as a quick tool to start gathering information about individual homes and entire neighborhoods while on the go.

While it has basically the same info as other apps, the interface on Homesnap is easier to use and actually fun. Take a picture of the house you are interested and all pertinent data is there!

I've always dreamed of a way to find out information on a house just by driving by. This does the trick! It's immensely helpful when you're checking out neighborhoods in your car. And it is very simple to use

Clean and intuitive interface and seemingly comprehensive and accurate data (unlike Zillow). I barely ever use the "snap" feature but still find myself using this app almost exclusively over the myriad others.

Stable, fast, and intuitive -- and the listings seem accurate, unlike the garbage that Zillow throws up to con people into contacting its agents. This is the best real estate app I've come across, and I've tried 'em all!
