I must be honest, I was skeptical about this app but I used it and it really works. It's funny and very helpful to have an idea and all info about homes and the average price in all areas.

One of the best apps available. Easy to use, accurate and hits the target every time. A must have as far as I'm concerned!

This app makes it so easy to get instant information on a house you may see while walking or driving. You take a picture of the front of the house and the price etc, pops up immediately. No writing the address down and trying to find it online, or calling an eager real estate agent just to find out if the house is even within your budget. The only problem I have is navigating around the app.

This is a great tool for drive by info on FSBO's and general neighborhood information. Snap a pic of any home and have the address and important information instantly.

This app notified me of a pending sale before zillow and realtor.com. Estimates may be fuzzy, but info on current listings, contract and sold are very accurate.

This is the only app I use when I'm in the field and touring properties with my clients. Nothing else compares.
