This is a great tool. My husband and I have been driving to different neighborhood where we are considering buying a house and with this app we are able to get a feel for what areas we can afford!

I have been using this app to snap homes. Currently only a couple snaps a month and have gotten a couple of leads. This month I will be snapping at least 10 a week and get a few more leads. Super easy and something I do every day. Just need to remember to snap! :)

I sent a correction to my home via the app and within 15 minutes I got a personal email from Guy Wolcott the CEO of Home snap. Did the same thing with Zillow and got a snarkey form email.

We are looking for a new home in our present or a near by neighborhood. This app has been terrific at giving us the price of homes on the market and recently sold homes. It is nice to have the price of a property real time. (Rather than wait to call the agent and then try to remember which house belongs to which agent.)
