I absolutely love this app. I must snap pics of homes maybe three times a day. What an amazing tool for realtors.

I write a 1-star review a year ago. This is now muuuuuuch better. It used to never get address correct for me. Now it's money!!!

I'm often walking around and wondering "how much does that house cost"? Taking a picture of it pulls up all the details! Well, sometimes you have to adjust the result, mainly it uses the GPS location, but then you can pick the adjacent house on the map.

It amazes me how it knows the exact house n all the info about it

Perfect for finding information on current ACTIVE listings. Values on non-listed properties are not totally accurate but do give a good "Quess-timate" of approximate values in the neighborhood.

App is super easy to use ...never has issues finding the house and info and does it very quickly

This App is awesome.!!!!! I am a Realtor and this helped me a lot one day on the boat when my friends/clients were asking me for prices of the homes we were passing by.

This app is great, especially when the house you want to know about is out of flyers!

As a real estate broker I am able to get a 'quick glance' on homes I am interested in. My buyers feel that they have a 'secret real estate tool' that gives them quick info.

Helpful for realtors, when with a client and they see a sign in front of a home that's gone "Pending," therefore not visible in other websites. Love it!

I seriously have not stopped using this app since I downloaded it. The only problem with it is it's addictive nature. I have not stopped snapping pictures around my neighborhood and was very pleased with the features.

Great app for realtors and clients. Many times my clients drive by a home and can't tell me the address, now I just tell them to snap a pic and share it with me then we are in the same page.

I used this in several different neighborhoods in Mesa today and got basic information on each house I zeroed in on. Highly recommend this App as I feel pricing was pretty accurate when compared with mls...

Great app allowing for consumers to really be a part of the action. Anywhere you are you can see how much houses are going for. Imagine driving through a neighborhood that you love and just snap a pic of a home to see what it is worth and possibly pictures of the inside, that is great!!!

I am a real estate professional and I was surprised how homesnap quickly got me the data I needed so fast and easy compared to the MLS service I typically use. It is a much simpler format and quicker navigation to get to the information you need to provide a client in seconds. Its a real lifesaver!!
