Great for when you are driving around a neighborhood and want to know the value if houses. Beats having to take down the address and look it up on MLS later. I find myself using this a lot more now that there is more information (like taxes) displayed with property price and description.

This app is so helpful when looking for a house! Even at night if your driving through a neighborhood and see a for sale sign, just put it on "stealth mode" & all public info pops up in seconds. What a time saver!

I can't tell you how much fun this app is. Now when your downtown just point and shoot and it tells you all kinds of info. Someone did there home work here. Live in Mi and went to TN this weekend. Worked flawlessly.

We downloaded this app when we were on vacation in Hawaii and O M G!! It has been so much fun snapping and gasping!!! I've already recommended it to my friends, but not my family as I really don't like them too well.

Our MLS began offering this last year and it has transformed my productivity. Literally it is like having the entire MLS database on your phone. Moreover, the things you can do are incredible (property line real time walking is a hit with clients. Love the messaging platform and the integrated facebook campaigns. Made me 200% more productive!

It's hard to believe that an app this amazing is free! It has all the newest listings and was much easier to navigate than Zillow. Also noticed that a ton more listings on Zillow were not actually available anymore, no fun when you fall in love with a house that is already off market 3 weeks ago!

Whenever I'm searching for homes for comparison and/or purchase, I rely upon this invaluable app. It is always in my iPhone ready to be used at a moment's notice. You won't be disappointed with the purchase.

OK, let me just say I am a real estate agent and I use this app!!! Quite simply, it is fast, easy and pretty darn accurate. If you need specific accuracy, you'll need to contact an agent, but this app has pretty much hit a home run!!! I'm tell ing all my clients, friends & family! Watch out Zillow!!!

Seriously what could be better than that? This app gives Realtors the perfect tool to put together their CMA'S and Listing info with professional looking graphics. Buyers can take pictures of homes and have real time access, seeing what their agents see. I highly recommend this app!

I love this app. It quickly finds most of the properties I have checked whether for sale or not and returns accurate data about that house (number of rooms square footage etc.) the values appear to be fairly accurate as well.

I was very impressed that the app was easy, speedy, and gave pertinent info. Didn't like the estimated value info however because hardly anyone would sell their house for those prices. They may look good but is not a good reference.

Been trying this app out and as a realtor I have so far been impressed with the sales history and property stats. Valuation is no better or worse than other programs- decent ballpark figure, but for an accurate market value, still best to consult a realtor. Trying to get some of my clients to give it a go!

Used on a recent jog through a nice local neighborhood. Pretty flawless locator. It does take more clicks to save a property than I would prefer. With Stealth setting you still are clicking away to save which makes stealth a stretch term. Allow me to take picture, tag location and complete any added info later, after my jog!

Overall this is a cool app.

Super helpful app used for searching for homes. I love how you can use it even if you're not an agent. I'm in the process of buying my first home. The app helps provide a ton of information to help streamline this decision for me.

I really like this app. I am currently looking to buy a new home and this app offers more information on the houses than just what is given by the real estate listing. Some info such as values might be off a little, but it does a great job giving other info.

This app is unique and truly a game changer! Brilliant UI and super simple to use. I've used it several times when visiting new areas. The design is intuitive and much more user friendly than other comps such as zillow... Keep it up, looking forward to more cities!
