It's fun to use this app when I'm in a new place, to get a feel for the housing prices. I also used it on my own house and the neighbors to check what potential buyers might expect for my house's sale price. This allows me to gear my own house's marketing to highlight reasons it should be priced as highly as I think.

This app is truly fascinating and useful!
When it comes to real estate I am a real Lookie Lou - attending many open houses.
This app makes it easy to ascertain all of the information I need without even getting out of my car.

This app is amazing! I can just drive around and take a pic of a house, and it somehow figures out the exact house, and shows me all the info on it, whether it is for sale or not. It even shows interior photos, if they are available, in addition to all other houses on the same street.
Very good job with this app.

I would like to see you add an "Enter an address" ability. What if I'm not physically at a location? The Spy mode doesn't do me any good in that case. And what if the home I want to snap is in another state? I'm out of luck at this point. So let me enter in an address which solves that problem! Otherwise, this is a good app!

I'm shopping for the perfect first home and this app has been helpful in getting ideas of what I'm looking for. I see something I think I like and just snap a pic and add more insight into what may be a better option. Hope to have my new home by the end of this year :-D

Having been in the business for the better part of a decade, I cannot tell you how amazing Homesnap is for my business. From in in-app messaging feature to helping me identify potential sellers and build out my pipeline with Likelihood to List, I really cannot say enough about them. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I invite clients to use Homesnap and they always tell me how much they love it. It's so handy to look up whatever I send them, wherever they are, and vice versa. We have a new MLS and I don't have access except on my computer so this has been a lifesaver for checking out homes, looking at property lines and making appointments on the go.

I am an investor. I'm always looking for houses that need repair, something I can add value to and then sell. Homesnap makes my job a lot easier since I can pull up to a house, snap a picture and get some basic info about the house without getting out if the car. Great App!!

This app has it all! It's easy to use, has the most accurate search information for me and my clients, and is very agent-focused. I've had great experiences with ads I've run and just upgraded to Homesnap Pro+ -- can't recommend them enough to any agent who wants to be successful.

As a realtor.. Love love love this app. When touring a client .. If we see an interesting house with a for sale sign .. We simply snap a picture and the info comes up... Awesome! Also, if you invite your clients.. They can instantly share properties of interest, simply by taking a picture of the house. What could be better...???

This homesnap app is pretty cool, I've found myself driving past a property and being able to get the details in a "homesnap." I've shared this with many of my clients and they love it too. A very impressed Realtor over here.

To summarize this is the best real estate app you'll ever need to buy a home. It immediately tells you the value and other homes in the area just in case the house that you're looking at is already taken

As an agent, I find Homesnap To be a great way to have a plethora of info on any home in the US right at your fingertips! Effective tool to help gather prospect info at open houses. Buyers love this app, too!

I have easily integrated this app into my every day thought process and user tools. It is very user-friendly, very effective, and highly recommend to any new agent or a veteran agent willing to adjust to something new. Thanks for all the tools and integration in one app! AWESOME!!!

I liked the app for the most part and I think it's a great tool that serves a purpose in the real estate community. My concern is that it wouldn't take pics/ download information for half of the properties I tested it out on. At this point I'm not sure why. I'll keep playing with it to see if the outcome changes.

I love the app and use it very often, I have encouraged many of my clients to down load it as well. The only down side for me as an agent is I work out if two MLS's. It would be awesome if I could sign into both of them through a single app.

This is a solid app ! Clean, crisp, and it provides a great interface for people to search homes in their neighborhoods.

To me the values they give homes are plus or minus 15%, but that is par for the course with any other value website. The only true way to generate accurate value is by calling your local realtor.
