Initially Homeserve USA gave me a policy for the wrong address, they took 3 months to correct the address and continue to bill me for the incorrect amount. I was renting a property and they put the policy on the rental (which they legally can not do), I then switched to just exterior sewer line only and they continue to bill me for coverage on heater, water heater, sewer, electric, plumbing. Do not use this company, they are inapt, scammers and incapable of credible business. This company is often through your water company and should be avoided and any water company that partners with them should be reviewed by the city council as to their legitimacy. The only thing this company is capable of is raising your blood pressure and stress level.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE A TOILET ON THE FIRST FLOOR THAT HAS BEEN TOTALLY NOT WORKING SINCE AT LEAST NOVEMBER 2021. IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. THEY SEND PEOPLE THAT ARE 3-5 HOURS AWAY FROM MY RESIDENCE AND THAT DO NOT HAVE A HALF OF A BRAIN. BUT OH YEAH, ITS GREAT KEEP TAKING MY MONEY AND PROVIDE NOTHING. THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH ON THE PHONE. MAKE A LOG AND JOT DOWN EVERYTHING. THEY LITERALLY SUCK. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME IT IS NOT THE SEWER LINE, BUT IT IS THE TOILET. WHEN HAVE YOU KNOWN A TOILET TO GO TOTALLY BAD. WE REPLACED ANYTHING IN THE TANK THAT NEEDED DONE. THEY WILL KILL YOUR MOTHER AND NOT GIVE A $#*!.
Just got our December bank statement and HS USA took 2 deductions of $125.88 which is more than a 20% increase, last year was $101. I called to report their double charge and ask about the huge increase. I was told they didn't show we were charged anything in December and would investigate and call me back the next day at 11am, no return call on Friday. I called back Monday held another 25 minutes, called me by name but didn't have the details of my Thursday complaint. Was told again their system showed no deductions. They asked me to email a copy of our bank statement and a supervisor would call me in 24 to 48 hrs, no call. Called back today (Wednesday) held 20 minutes, called me by name but had no details. Gave my details again, say still show nothing charged on their end will call me back tomorrow. No credit yet in our account 1/24, deductions were made 12/13 and 12/19. I told them to cancel our coverage and I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Do not do business with these people.
