I had AC unit that needed repair, Home Safe was contacted, immediately some one was here to diagnose the issue. My only waiting period is for the technician to order the part. I can say that this company delivered a fantastic service. The staff we exceptional courteous to me with follow-up emails. My reimbursement was prompt. Thank you Homesafe
Would give a 0 if that were an option. Says they cover appliances for usually wear and tear and they absolutely do not. They don't honor their own contract. Two different tech that came to my home gave same reason for failure. Told to get a test done to prove leak however it would be at my expensive. Complied paid out of pocket for bubble test $150 and then they still decline. They need to be shut down bc the internet reviews are no help but the bbb gives them 1.8 which makes them not accredited

This is the second time I have made a claim with Homesafe. In both cases the service from filing the claim to getting my appliances fixed/replaced was seemless. The part I appreciate so much is how proactive the people at Homesafe have been in communicating with me, letting me know how the claim(s) were proceeding and getting the claims resolved in an expeditious manner. Great company that I highly recommend.

I went online and made changes to where the bill was supposed to come from, but instead I get a call telling me that I am late. How late am I? I ask, 1 day so then I replied well I updated my information online. What good does it do to provide options to update if your just going to call people up and tell them they are 1 day late. It wouldn't have been late at all if your system was set up to recognize changes in the payment.
At the time my previous coverage had lapse so I was looking for a better option. I didn't like the repair options they provided.

I had an issue with my garage, called to verified I was covered under my policy. I was, and the CSR I spoke with explained how things worked if I were to move forward with my claim. I was able to correct the problem without having someone to come out, but everything was setup and put in place just in case I needed a technician to come out to my home. Nice, polite people.

I really don't understand why every company has to break their arms patting themselves on the back with these surveys? Ya, you great job. You woke me up three times. Your constant text messages and emails about drove me crazy. I did the actual work. Me and Puget Sound Heating and Plumbing improved my kitchen faucet.

I have been with home safe a while, because I really like car shield, anyway my stove lost power, it was a large puff sound.I went to check the breaker box, nothing. That's when I called. The gentleman was very friendly and called when he was on his way. He was very informative about the problem. I would

I have not been able to use it to be able to say how I've experienced the issues but who I've talked to on the phone. They both have been very nice the first one who called me this morning on February 13 I didn't know who she was and because it was 5:45 AM I was very rude, so I apologize to her. I don't know who she is. I have no idea how to call her back but I would love to be able to tell her sorry.

Clarese was as kind as can be. When I told her I was calling to cancel HomeSafe Coverage, she sympathized with me not having enough money to cover everything that needs to be paid monthly. She offered to reduce the monthly amount due and push the payment due date out 10 days so I can think about it and make sure that's what I really want to do.
