Candy Carson is an awesome Sales Executive. She was very patient and extremely professional, especially after I asked question after question. I admire her for tenacity and honesty during our conversation. It is extremely rare these days to find customer service that speaks the word: patience!

The CSR with whom I spoke, Roth, did a very good job of getting my issue quickly resolved. The Homes.com system itself, however, need some work as it is not maintaining accurate records of listing that it has syndicated from the MLS and published on its site.

Very helpful as I had wrong user name from setting up many yrs ago. I had to call as I tried to reset password by asking for email that never came. After I got off phone I found the email sent in junk. I set up profile & had 2 leads Ive written to see if they are interested!

Tech provided great follow up. I had originally thought i solved the issue and ended the chat. But I then realized I was having the same issue. I basically gave up on it for a few days and the rep sent a follow-up email asking if everything was going well... to which i replied that I still couldn't log in. He said he would look at it and he corrected the issue (company address didn't match official post office address or something like that). Once he fixed it, I was able to finish setting up the account and now I am good to go.
