Everything arrived on time; we are in the middle of a remodel, so we won't be installing and using the products for a few weeks. Can't comment yet on the products therefore, but I can say we did receive what we wanted after researching.
I was shocked when I realized that what I ordered was only a part, not an entire sink but because this is my first time to renovate a bathroom, I am now aware of the pricing of hardware. In my opinion, it was expensive however, the part that I did receive was actually much cheaper than other retailers, by 50%. The delivery was on time and everything was in perfect condition. I will be a return customer because of the quality and pricing.

Web site was fairly easy to navigate, item did not come up initially and I had to search different ways to find it. It should come up if you put in XL 7000.

I did ordered items in December with 2-3 weeks delivery. One month later the status still shows 2-3 weeks. Customer service is usless.
Awesome sink. I bought it to make my small bath look bigger which it did. It was also admired by my guest on my house warming party.
I hadn't heard of the website before, but it seemed like a website targeted to the building trade, so I hoped the faucet handles would work well and match with my faucet, and they did. The confirmation email ended up in my spam folder, but the customer service rep who responded to my voicemail over a holiday weekend left a message giving me all the information I needed without me having to call him back - even gave me a delivery date. Very happy with it all.
This is a very hard item to find. This is the only place I've found it in the correct color. Just placed the order. Waiting for delivery.

The sink is exactly what we wanted and the price was the best we found. Ordering was easy, appreciated the follow-up emails and the product was received within the time frame specified. Not sure what happened to the box along the way because it was totally beat up, the tape loose and the top caved in. I took pictures before opening the box to show the condition it was received in. Thankfully the sink was not damaged. There was basically no packing material in the box except for some cardboard along the side and a piece of cardboard on the top. One piece of tape was all that was used to seal the top. Your packing method needs some improvement! Hope you find this helpful. Contact me if you want me to send you the pictures.

The quality of the products are awesome, they are not light or delicate products, the products are very good to use.
I usually buy from a local supply house. They did not have the unit I wanted and couldn't give me a delivery date for it. I found it on your site and had it within a week. Incidentally, the price was just about the same...and the delivery was free! I'll come back...
