Homemetry helped me a lot with my research before making a purchase. The Property Detail Reports have tons of useful information. Just wanted to mention that subscription is far more cost-effective than single reports, so if you need to run several reports just save your money by getting subscribed because you can cancel at any time and save a lot of money on your searches.

I really would like to have something like commentary section added under properties. Would be nice to read reviews from people who lived there.

But also good basic information on properties and potential neighbors. I asked our agent about a few houses from this site and she was able to arrange a showcase.

The free summary for the address I input included thumbnail photos from a previous real estate listing. I was interested in the photos so I bought the report for $9.95. Guess what? No photos. I emailed Homemetry and they confirmed the photos were not part of the report. I think that's misleading on the part of Homemetry. What I got in the report (primarily previous owner names and sale prices) I could have gotten for free from my county tax collector's web-site. Save your money! Not worth it!

I entered my address out of curiosity - no results. I then entered my entire town name - no results. Then I entered the greater community name - still no results BUT the cursor always managed to jump down to the ad for Been Verified and I could not get off of that ad until I literally closed the tab for homemetry and then reopened the page. Total waste of 15 minutes.

No way to opt out incorrect information. These websites are illegally putting unverified information on the web. It also says that they keep your email contents and you need to be careful as you can be compromised.
