I ordered toilet paper and says ships in 24hrs and receive in 7-13 days. After 9 days it still hadn't shipped. I cancelled and their automated assistant asked why I cancelled. 5 days later I got a shipping notification. I emailed at least 5 times but nothing but a runaround. Over 3 weeks later and nothing has arrived. Totally waste of time and money.
I never received my order and have contacted them multiple times but no one responds. It's clearly a scam.
I ordered toilet tissue from their website which stated "ships in 24 hours". The accepted my payment then stated 7- 14 days. 30 days later when no merchandise was sent I asked for a full refund. They ignored my email at first until I sent 10 more. They insist I be more patient. I have read several reviews of people paying and never getting anything. This company is taking advantage of people during a crisis and I have reported them to ecommerce. Please be careful to check out any company with *******@gmail.com as a contact as she has multiple websites. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY OF THESE WEBSITES AS IT IS A SCAM
Answer: It's impossible! They do not respond via email or to the on-line chat and the phone number (Hong Kong based) leads to an automatic message in Chinese (or another language I do not understand)
