I was very pleased with everyone, the prices are very pleasant, which is good news, everything corresponds to the presented photos in terms of models and colors, the service is top notch. I am very glad that I accidentally stumbled upon your store on the Internet. I will go to your online store, I think more than once.

I went to purchase a skirt for my stepdaughter for Christmas. I purchased in mid November not realizing that it was to take 4-6 weeks to make. That part of fine. Well after 6 weeks I messaged them to see what's up with my order. I was told it was in the Dying process and should ship any day! 3 1/2 weeks later I emailed again to get the same answer. Told them to cancel my order seeing I did not get my order in a timing manner. I never heard back from them so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. This company has no phone number to contact them. They are TERRIBLE I will be facebooking and anywhere else I can to make sure people know that this company is GARBAGE! I would give a 0 star if that was possible. Horrible customer service

I ordered from this company a few years ago and I was so happy with the product and service. I have no idea what has changed but the customer service is TERRIBLE!

My first order was a special color offer. It's been over two months and it's not even shipped yet! Then I put in a second order 4 weeks ago. I didn't hear anything so I wrote them and they said the dyeing process is delayed. I asked for an eta and they said it takes 4 to 6 weeks which is fine. But it's been 4 weeks for my second order and I can't even get a straight answer about my first order.

She said she spoke to production about my order so why can't she give me an eta when it will be shipped? I love their clothes but after this I won't be buying from them again. For the money I paid for these clothes I should be able to get a truthful answer.

So if you plan on waiting 3 months for your dress then I would recommend, otherwise HolyClothing is now a hard pass for me.

While HolyClothing has a lot of different sizes, what drew me to this company at the beginning was the fact that they carry the plus sizes as there are not a lot of true to size plus dress makers out there at the time (20 years ago). The lasting and vibrant colors are dream choices. The styles are stunning on this plus size woman and makes her feel beautiful and in control of herself <3 I have recommended this company to many friends who have also enjoyed the outfits of their choices... kudos to HolyClothing

I ordered my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses through Holy Clothing 4 months before my wedding. I emailed them the same day to say these are for an event in Junr can it be shipped by then, and they said yes it will be 6-8 weeks.
It is now 5 days before my wedding. My dress arrived only a week ago (17 weeks after I ordered), and my bridesmaids dresses haven't even been shipped. I've had to buy new bridesmaids dresses.
Customer service is rubbish, I've had the same reply word-for-word from them repeatedly.
Lucky for them my dress is gorgeous or else I would be furious.

So I've here of them thought look great. But never had money finally I bought one I was so excited for this. I bought a dress for my graduation celebration witch is coming up in September (I bought in May). I waited the 6-8 week before ask. I only sent out a email once a month to ask about status of the dress. Nothing but same response "Happy to help :) I've checked and your Make Me One order HC******* is scheduled to ship within 6-8 weeks of ordering, via Priority Courier (delivered in about 5 days). Note that orders that contain Tauriel, Elinor or Elinor Belt will be fulfilled in 10-12 weeks. Kindly note, we make these by hand, as one offs, so they take a little longer. That said, I'm going ahead and asking our production team to expedite as much as possible :) Thanks for being part of the HolyClothing family my name :)" . No real information shared. I'm getting desperate and and angry and upset it's been about 4 months. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be that person but it get down to wire. I don't know what to do :(

Disappointed greatly with their customer service. I bought one of their full length long lace up overdresses and discovered that it was too small so reached out to exchange it but was told I could not because it was a sale price. No exchange or refund. So I completely wasted my money on this. I really don't understand how they can justify this policy and so I expressed my views on it... They didn't even bother to reply. I don't care how nice their products are, I will not do business with them again when they don't care about their customers.

I purchased a dress as a Christmas present early in November. The site did not say anything about the item being "made-to-order," all it said was 5-7 business days in shipping. Given the supply chain shortages I thought I would definitely get the item for Christmas. Come mid- December I wrote to ask about my item and then was told the item is "made-to-order," and it takes 4-6 weeks before it would ship. It is now December 30... my item apparently shipped on December 24... it is currently in Dubai, so I sincerely doubt it will get here before the person I bought this for leaves in the new year. I have not been offered anything after two emails, and if I hadn't written I would have received no updates. To say I'm royally pissed is an understatement. I had bought from Holy Clothing in the past, never again. (Id show images of my product but I haven't received it)

If you order from them make sure you order at least 3 months in advance. It took 8 weeks for my order, then they lied to me, when I inquired, they said, "As detailed on our website, your Serenity Maxi from order HC******* will ship about 3-4 weeks after the date of ordering, via Priority Courier (delivered in about 5 days), as everything is hand-made to order I've checked with our production team, and your Serenity Maxi is about to be dyed, which is the final stage of production." But I also received a tracking confirmation from Fedex. Some of the dresses that are "hand-made are also found for way less on Amazon. Click on photo below.

I've been doing business with Holy Clothing for over 5 years now, and it's shown me how an amazing company can become even MORE incredible, humanitarian and sustainable. Holy Clothing's completely original line has something for every size, figure and style. They're easy to work with; communications are a breeze. And when you're in Holy Clothing, you turn heads and your individuality gets noticed, in the most complimentary of ways. Your style is as individual as you are, and Holy Clothing has it down, absolutely! I'll be wearing Holy Clothing as long as I'm breathing and perhaps even thereafter!

I have worn exclusively Holy clothing all summer for several years. I even got married in Holy Clothing and my maid of honor wore it as well. Their dresses wear and wash wonderfully. The only special thing I do is NOT wash them with lighter colors as they tend to bleed a bit with each wash. Each dress is made individually so each one is unique and wonderful. I love Holy Clothing!

I've ordered many dresses and skirts from Holy Clothing since January 2020. Most of my purchases have been for myself, but a few were gifts for my best friend. We both love the quality, styles, and colors. I have yet to have any issues.

I purchased my wedding dress from HolyClothing - the Arwyn Maxi. I was so nervous ordering online due to sizing, but the dress arrived true to size. It is absolutely stunning in person as well! You can tell a lot of hard work went into making it. It is high quality craftsmanship! Fits like a dream! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and my dress got so many compliments. I can't wait to order more! What an amazing company!

I have many pieces of clothing from Holy Clothing and love them all. I like the new color deadly nightshade. I've had report a rare problem. The customer service is tops. This line works well for all occasions. I've only ever received compliments when I wear HC!

I will say outside of how long it takes to get your clothing because it's coming from India; that I love holyclothing.

I have never been disappointed and I own about 10 of their items. I am glad they're starting to make tall dresses because I bought one dress that was just too short. So I never ordered dresses anymore unless they are for tall's. When I finally got a dress in the tall length it was great. Even after washing. What I learned what these clothes is that although machine washable you should never dry them totally. You should throw them in the dryer for about 15 minutes and pull them out. I have things that I bought from them over 3 years ago that I'm still wearing. The only thing I can say is they faded a little bit. But what can I expect from that after wearing them so many times?

I don't think there is any other place you can get Renaissance clothing and Bohemian clothing at such good prices and so well made.
