I'm always so pleased to receive orders from Holy Clothing! The fabrics are soft and the colours are deep and rich. They hold up well and new styles and colours keep coming out which keeps it interesting.

I'm a many times repeat customer and expect to be so for the foreseeable future.

Love Holy Clothing. The sizes are true for me. Colors and designs are varied and versatile. I have Holy Clothing items for daily wear, Renaissance Fairs, Cosplay and Wiccan holidays. Also being disabled spending my time in a wheelchair these garments are easy to change into and out of even with mobility issues. They are comfortable to wear and easy to care for as well. No items gets 5 stars from me as no item is perfect, but Holy Clothing is as close as can be.

Wonderful clothing. It is light, airy and super comfortable. The embroidery is beautiful and I have several dresses that I wear throughout the summer. Their clothing is flattering on all body types which makes shopping so much easier.

Everything on this store is so beautiful, dresses, tops etc... I have 5 dresses and I love them so much. The fabric is high quality, love the colors, and all is ethically handmade. Also they have monthly discounts si it's easy for you to buy :) I highly recommend!

I tried tor return some items and we kept going back and forth for 10 emails on the details of the items. They are obviously do not know English well since one of their emails said, "Difference items made by difference batches may cause difference.

The size is just for reference, there maybe exist a measurement error of 2-3cm.

Would you mind reselling or presenting this item to person who need and accept a discount to reorder the item with a fit size, no bother to return?" What in the world does that mean?

I am out a lot of money and I am stuck with poorly made, and ill-fitting clothes.

I've been ordering Holyclothing for years now. I own several of their dresses and tops, which are part of my everyday wardrobe. I am aware that it takes a few weeks to get your order.

I am now on week 26 without my most recent order arriving and customer service will no longer reply to me.

I made an order for the Taurel dress, which is their most prominently advertised dress. At time of writing this review they are still releasing limited edition colours of it and ads still surface on facebok / tiktok for the dress. Several friends of mine also ordered the dress, excited for its design. I had purchased it for my birthday trip in June. It is now nearly August and I have no dress. Every time I email their customer service they move the shipping date. I have been told SEVEN TIMES now that my order will ship 'in one to two weeks.' The shipping estimate started as 4-6 weeks, then they told me it was closer to 12-14, and now the estimate is THIRTY WEEKS. More than HALF a year. And they are STILL releasing new colours of the same dress they claim they cannot make in under seven and a half months.

My entire local community has sworn off holyclothing. Every one of them is waiting just as long for their orders. They've permanently lost a ton of customers who spent thousands with them yearly.

I ordered the Tauriel dress about a month after it came out, in a limited edition color in March 2022. The initial quote was for 4-8 weeks turn around. After some time, I enquired about my order and was told 10-12 weeks due to the embroidery work. After 14 weeks, I checked in again and was told 1-2 weeks. Checked again, was again told an additional 1-2 weeks. I've been told this same crappy line for 5 months now. This dress was meant to be for my wedding in October, and I ordered 7 months ahead of time to prepare for it, but now with less than 2 months till the date, I have to go shop for a NEW dress. They couldn't even tell me if I would have my dress within the next MONTH. I have to go hope I find some dress that fits the bill 100% off the rack. OR now I have to go make something that WILL work along with everything else I have to do to prepare for this.

I did get a refund on it this morning so I can at least pitch that money towards whatever dress I find. Thanks for nothing but the runaround HolyClothing. Y'all need to take Tauriel off site until you get through your 6 month backlog instead of false promises to complete the project in 10-12 weeks.

On a positive note, the customer service reps do reply within 1-2 business days.

I will never buy on your website again.

There are some defects in the fiber on the dress.
Then on the embroideries, there are defects too and the color do not correspond to the photo on your website (It's champagne on your photo but we received cooper embroideries)
It's like buying on wish or ali express, i'm really desapointed

To finish, the dress have many damages and we have to pay for return for me it's like a scam.

I bought Arianrhod Maxi dress for cosplay, and its beautiful! The sizing is correct too... Im 5ft 7inches and its perfect, and i got a Medium and fits well... The sleeves are huge and amazing... Of course it came a bit wrinkly as it travelled with Fedex around the world in 6 days... Im pleased with Holy Clothing... I was impressed with Fedex too, until it got to western Canada and they flubbed it up a bit... The dress took about 3 and a half weeks to dispatch from Holy Clothing... as promised, if not slightly earlier... Its not junk, its well made! I think first wash might give off dye, so wash by itself and hang to dry... gentle cycle!

I have been doing business with this company for easily a decade and their clothes are fantastic. No matter how casual or dressy the item, I am always complimented. I wear the clothes to work, for daily dress, for dressy dinners and even as costumes. As a "curvy" woman, I love that their items run true to size and also usually include a tie or adjustment in the back in case I've gone up or down in size. They wash and wear over and over again. On the rare occasion that I make a mistake in an order, they are very easy to work with in arranging a refund or replacement. I like that the clothes are ethically sourced and all hand made. The prices may seem high to some who are used to "Major Box Retailer" prices, but you are getting a lifetime garment here! Besides, if one gets on their mailing list, they have awesome sales from time to time when it's possible to pick up several items for the price of one at regular price. Just can't say enough about this amazing company and their comfortable, elegant clothes.
